Great location, for me, terrible selection, terrible service Usually count 4 – 5 people standing around while 2 – 3 people are working Can’t imagine this store is profitable

I asked two employees today where I might find and item. Both sent me to the wrong isle. I thought I was going crazy looking for it in the wrong place twice. A customer directed me to the correct isle. At checkout, there were only two cash registers open. I started bagging my own groceries because there was no baggers present. A manager stood about 10 feet away putting carts back into place but never helped bag anyone’s items. A very unpleasant shopping experience.

Slowest grocery store in the world. Always has a feeling of near death. Go somewhere else.

I have grown up enjoying this store ever since I was a small kid. The days when it was Ukrops. Over the years, the quality and service has gone downhill. It doesnt matter how many of few items i get from the store, Im likely to be in line for at least 5 minutes. That is because some of the cashiers there are so eager to talk to the customers, they lose track of speedy service. One of my main gripes about this particular Martins store is the Deli/Hot food area. I love fried chicken from Martins, and I love the side dishes as well, but for some reason, whether it be cost of product or pure laziness, once all of the side dishes(for the exception of potato wedges are gone, they dont cook any more side dishes for the rest of the day. If you are there looking to get some chicken and mac n cheese, you will have to settle for chicken and the scraps of what potato wedges are left over. The food still has the same Ukrops taste but I try to avoid this particular Martin’s at all costs.
