Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean units of various sizes that are all climate controlled. One great feature is that they let you use one of their moving trucks for a day. Very convenient location on W Broad right near the Powhite, and very secure area and building.

What a clean, safe and secure site! Love knowing that «my home away from home» is sooo nice. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and really look out for their customers. They ALWAYS have a kind word and even keep a nice supply of candy to rejuvenate their tired customers. It is hard to say which I like better, the staff or the site (: I must say that the convenience of the loaner truck is a definite perk.

Great experience here. Place seems relatively new. Everything is very clean. The facility is 3 stories, but the available carts and elevators make units easy to access. Unit doors are smooth and easy to lift. The alarm system gives you great peace of mind — they’d know if anyone attempted to access your unit, and you have a personal code to enter the premises. And the staff here are all so friendly and accommodating! On a hot day moving in, they offered us free bottles of water. Plus, all moving supplies are half off for renters. So nice.

I just rented a unit here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is top notch. The entire rental process took less 20 minutes. This included a tour of my unit as well as the best locations for loading and and unloading. In the past when renting a unit at the end of the month I’ve had a hard time securing smaller storage spaces. This place is huge and I had several different small size units to chose from. I chose to rent here because of the location. I wrongly assumed that it’s prime location would mean a premium price. I’m paying $ 50 for a 10×4 with the second month free. Those prices just can not be beat. The only drawback to renting here is you do not have 24hr access. For most this won’t be a issue. I’m sure not having 24hr access allows them to keep prices lower and adds to the overall security of the facility. I will absolutely be using use them again.
