Outstanding eye brow place! I have been searching for a great eye brow place and thanks to Unilocal,I’ve found her. Swatsy is so sweet and her threading technique doesn’t hurt at all! She is so careful and gives brows that will define your face. The girls here are so talented and made me so confident about my bare brows. My eye brows are on fleek, even without my anastasia brow products! Yay for Miracle Browz!

I’ve been here about 4 times and would recommend anyone to go. I’ve tried a few eyebrow threading salons and they have become one o my go-​to places. They have great customer service and shape really well. Their technicians take their time in making sure you are satisfied and comfortable with your shape. Miracle Browz also has a spectacular price point… not expensive at all. Check out their groupon offers to try on discount!

I have visited several times and have had a great experience each times. The last time I went, the woman who did my brows (I forget her name) showed me how to fill in my eyebrows at no extra cost. I have very sensitive skin so I usually get my upper lip threaded but when I explained my hesitation (SO PAINFUL), she showed a wax they use for sensitive skin. She used it on me and it worked excellently. I would absolutely recommend Miracle Browz because it offers great service at an excellent price.

I love Swasti! I’ve been going to her for six months now. She does a great job with my eye lashes and threading my brows. My satisfaction is her utmost concern and I appreciate that tremendously.

Swatsy is A1! I was so bummed when I had to find a new eyebrow lady and a groupon deal led me to this place. I am so particular about my eyebrows (I even drove an hour away to get my eyebrows done when I first moved because I had multiple failed attempts when I first moved back to Richmond!) so finding this gem was heaven sent!
Their prices are so reasonable and Swatsy takes such good care of her patrons and remembers exactly how I like my eyebrows every time I come in! Plus I’m not sure what it is about her technique, but the threading process is PAINLESS to me compared to other places I’ve gone.
If you’re in a rush I would call and make an appt because they will make you first priority when you go in. So if you are particular like I am, definitely give her a visit!

A resounding, enthusiastic 5 star review for Miracle Browz. I’ve been having major problems with skin irritation after getting waxes so I thought I would go back to threading and see if that made a difference. It’s day 2 and I’m disappointed that I still definitely had a breakout but this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. Ever!
Swastika took excellent care of me and I was done in about 15 minutes. I grew my eyebrows out for about 2 months. Yes, they were looking real ratchet before Swastika worked her magic. It was actually quite embarrassing. I told her that I wanted to keep them think and naturally shaped. She did exactly what I asked! Now to see how long they stay this way. I’ve already made my second appointment in 2 weeks and I can’t wait to go back!

Great price, great brows! If you pre pay for 3 sessions, they give you one for free.

The best eyebrow threading I’ve ever had, Niru did it for me. The receptionist sounded rude. Waxing was painless and very patiently done by Niru.

The absolute best! I have very sensitive skin and this is the only place I’ve gone to where getting my brows threaded isn’t horribly painful. She never makes them too thin. Keeps the natural thickness with a nice, defined shape. Very quick too. I won’t go anywhere else.

Given all the awesome Unilocal reviews I was excited to check out Miracle Browz. A place that specializes in just brows (and eyelashes) — how awesome! I stopped by on a Wednesday evening and had no problem getting a walk-​in appt to have my brows threaded. The outcome — my brows look good, but they are now much-​much thinner than I would like (thicker brows are in style, right?). Granted, I didn’t say anything about wanting to keep them thick, but I assumed either they would ask me if I wanted to go thinner or keep the style/​thickness I had… wrong! I can’t only fault them but so much since I would/​could have said something, but now I have wasted a year of growing them out, sigh. Lesson learned.
I will go back to Miracle Browz, but I will be sure to tell them what I want. Their price point is great and super affordable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Over all they are great.

THREADING:
The main girl/​lady who most people request is as kind as they say, but I was disappointed w. her service on my eyebrows. She gave good advice about care and maintenance, but she over-​threaded my eyebrows and they are now too thin. This is extremely disappointing because I’d finally gotten my eyebrows to grow to the width and shape I wanted them at. Now, I have to start over and they don’t grow in the right places at a convenient rate, in contrast they grow quite slow!
I mentioned that I wanted to keep the thickness I had and she proceeded to make them thinner and raise the bottom line higher, such as a male barber may devastatingly push a male’s hairline back.
So if you can understand, you know this was more than aggravating.
However, I should know her name, but the other girl that you may often see at the checkout counter– when s h e did my eyebrows that ended up great and she listened to my requests.
I would return but I PERSONALLY would be weary of going to the sought after threader I initially spoke of.
HENNA:
The main girl also did my henna (picture posted). She was willing do any design which was nice, but not done with much precision.
I found it to be sloppy and she left out closer details in the picture that she could’ve drawn on my hand.
For $ 25, I would’ve liked much better quality.
Lastly, tip your threaders! «) It’s less money off your back, than it is for them to not be tipped at all.

My eyebrows are not the easiest to work with but the ladies at Miracle Brows sure does know how to treat my brows right and make them look beautiful everytime. They’re always more than happy to explain to me how I should be grooming and taking care of brows — and it shows that they do care! I’ve always gone here to do eyebrow threading so my review only reflexes that, but I’m more than interested in other services they offer!

Swatsika (excuse the spelling) always does a 5 star job! She’s very patient! I always leave filling like a million bucks. And the price is a steal compared to Ulta! Love love love this place! Very friendly staff!

Firstly I’ll start off by saying I love the job that these ladies do, but I made an appointment at 3 and didn’t get seated till 3:15 so that stressed me out a little because I was on a time schedule so maybe just fix that. other than that amazing people :) amazing service, I got henna done on my hands for a bollywood wedding I went to last night and I got a lot of compliments on how good my henna was!
I heard about this place from my mum because she gets her eyebrows done here all the time and she swears by there service so I thought to give it a try and yes I will be coming back here again ! Thank you !

I had a Groupon deal for eyebrow threading. I called on a Thursday and she was able to fit me in on Friday. When I arrived for my appointment time, I saw her finishing up with one person and someone else was waiting. I thought she would take the other person over me and not keep my appointment time, but she didn’t! My eyebrows aren’t too problematic to deal with so she was very quick. She also filled in my eyebrows and explained the product she used [which she actually sells]. I appreciated that she didn’t try to push the product on me and get me to buy it. I like it, but I wasn’t intending to buy it that day. Plus I wanted to test it out at my event that evening. I’ll be back.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’m a makeup artist and I’m very picky about who does my brows but thankfully I’m a very happy costumer! She gives you the most perfect eyebrow shape and if your eyebrows need a little extra TLC she definitely takes her time and explains everything. I also get my upper lip waxed and I’m very sensitive so I can’t use the soft wax so she’s very gentle and changed the wax for me so I don’t get a burn. I also wax basically everything with her (pits/​legs/​bikini/​etc) and she doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I have very dark strong hair and she knows how to help me. I love her so much that I refuse to move too far because I can’t live without my brow lady! Forever a loyal costumer!

I initially wanted my eyebrows waxed, and when I sat down in the chair, she started threading them, only to stop halfway through the process and say «oh, you wanted your eyebrows waxed didn’t you?» –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​-​. That was my one pet peeve. I have had my eyebrows threaded three times before, and each time was excruciating. However, with her already having started, and it not being unbearable, I decided to let her go ahead and continue.
As previously stated by everyone, Swastika explained the process. She went slowly, took her time, and was extremely thorough. I don’t know what she did differently, but by the time she got to my second brow, I was almost asleep.
While here, I also got strip lashes put on. False lashes really aren’t something I do… ever…but I felt like giving it a try. It wasn’t the best experience, as far as having them put on, and I could barely open my eyes, but the end result was pleasant. I’m happy with them.
I’ll be returning.
