Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu arrived in Richmond, VA over 20 years ago. Since then many generations of students have benefited from the mental and physical challenges that the system offers. With such a tenure, there exists a diverse and deep community of practitioners who shape and aid students.
History
Established in 1986.
Richmond’s Oldest and Best Martial Arts School. It was founded in 1986 by Grandmaster Moy Tung, who studied directly under Grandmaster Moy Yat in the Chinatown, NY school. Kung Fu was first made popular in the 1950’s by Grand Master Yip Man, who taught the Martial Arts movie star, Bruce Lee. Our instructors have trained students to be proficient in Self Defense and to study the Ving Tsun system purely and without modification for over 28 years.
