Heed my advice! Stay away from this place! Came here to have fish for dinner after I read the reviews. I ordered what I typically order from a fish market menu: a lake trout sandwich and french fries. Unfortunately, unlike better fish markets in the area(Kings and Johns). This was quite disappointing. The fish fillets were very thin and barely had any meat on them. The meat they did have was excessively dry. The fillets as a whole were no better and their coating was dry as well. The fries were crisp but lacked flavor and even had that signature«old frying oil» aftertaste. The condiments were in old nasty bottles that hadn’t been wiped down and the ketchup had water added to stretch it. All in all, an awful experience.

Actually visited this place while waiting for the Christmas parade! The inside is sparse with no seating, it’s take out only. The menu has the normal fish market items, and the pricing is reasonable. I didn’t really expect the asian people who where working behind the counter… but they were pretty nice. My friend and I ordered the two piece trout sandwiches and were happy to see two large pieces of fish on each. The sandwich bread was soft and it smelled great. Tartar sauce and hot sauce are in big squeeze bottles on the counter. The fish was nice and crispy, but nothing amazing… The breading could have used a little more spice, or I should have added more hot sauce… I liked it. It definitely serves its purpose as a fish place on Broad. Will probably be back here, maybe for a fried oyster sandwich or their yummy looking potato wedges.
