History

Established in 1999.

Offix was incorporated by Stephen Valenta. Capitalizing on his nearly three decades of extensive industrial experience, Steve created a different type of company which focuses on finding customer solutions and providing best-​in-​class services.

With the vision to offer the best products and services to his customers, Steve chose to partner with Canon in early 2000, and later with Sharp in 2009. Since then, Offix has grown to a customer base of over 5,000 with a 94.5% retention rate. Canon has recognized Offix as an «Award Winning National Canon Dealer» every year since its inception. In addition, OfficeDealer Magazine selected Offix to be one of its Elite Dealers in 2007, 2009 and 2010.

Today Offix has an office in Richmond and Gainesville VA and employs a growing team of highly skilled industry-​leading Association of Technical Professionals (ASTP) certified service technicians, administrative professionals, and attentive sales representatives.

Business Owner

After working for several companies, Steve was unhappy with the limitations that these companies put on his ability to provide good customer service. He decided the only way he could provide clients with the best possible customer service would be through establishing his own business. He needed to find a product line to sell, so he bought a Canon dealership in Waynesboro which gave him the ability to sell and provide service in Northern VA, too, and Offix came into being.

Offix continually gets client referrals because of the excellent customer service it provides. Its team members provide quality service to all clients, whether they are single-​person businesses, churches, non-​profits, the Federal government, or commercial businesses.
