Pohlig Box Factory

I’ve lived in these lofts for 2 ½ years now… and there have been mostly great times here. Our building manager Holly, is probably the best ever… she ensures that everyone has the best place to stay possible, and makes sure no one abuses the building. She’ll kick your ass if she catches you doing something stupid (someone once tried to steal a bike tire in our garage and she busted the person, made them give it back and say that they were sorry!) She’s got your back.
The lofts are a converted Civil War hospital building that has all kind of memorabilia in the lobby. Old eye surgery kits and amputation kits adorn the lobby behind glass cases and a nice clean gym is inside the building. Some locals may find it on the expensive side, but coming from SF, this place is a steal. I have nearly 1500 sq feet and pay less than my share of my last SF place which I split with 3 other people!
Anyway, if you’re looking for a place to move, check this place out by all means.
