With our grand opening in October 2008, Point Richmond Self Storage offers a brand new concrete and steel constructed facility with easy access 7 days a week with unbeatable convenience. In early 2011, Point Richmond Self Storage added a green solar electric sytem which generates excess power for the grid. Locally-​owned by three principals and a small group of outside investors, the facility is directly operated by the principals who also own and operate twelve other self-​storage facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area and East Texas. One of the specializes in self storage design and construction and has been integral to the design, development and construction of over 300 self-​storage projects over a 21 year period.

Point Richmond Self Storage is locally-​owned by three principals and a small group of outside investors.
