History

Established in 1997.

RWD’s two principals, Bob Riggs and Brent Ward, have collaborated to provide immersive, exhilarating exhibit experiences which enthrall and excite visitors for over 17 years. RWD has become well respected and nationally recognized for its work with organizations such as the Smithsonian Institution, the National Library of Medicine, the Library of Congress, and the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. RWD has interpreted some of our nation’s most profound and important subject matters, from the Civil Rights Movement, to the preservation of natural resources, to the effects of war on a rural Virginia town.
