Established in 2014.

RCVA was started with the intention of making vaping as simple and affordable as possible, without sacrificing quality. This is a project of passion by the owner, a former smoker who turned to Vaping over 4 years ago. Come on down and help define what a Vapor shop should be. We are here for you!

Business Owner

Jeff was a smoker for over 27 years. A friend introduced him to Vaping over four years ago and he hasn’t looked back. Jeff is over 40 years old and a native to Virginia. Born in Roanoke, he moved to Southside Richmond at the age of 7 with his mother and brother. He is a strong believer in community, and making friends with anyone willing. Stop by and say hello!
