Cool place for entertainment, you will find it all here! Bowling, Restaurants, Starbucks, Bars and arcade. Everything is brand new and they keep adding.

The building is awesome with lots of amenities. Screens are very nice and the seats are comfy. The popcorn is always overly salty and this is coming from a person that loves salt. Also, the popcorn sits pre-​made under the heat lamps and isn’t scooped when ordered. The fancy coke machines have the worst mixtures in the world and it’s impossible to get a real tasting coke out of it.

I am just not impressed. The theater I was in, #1, does have a huge screen, almost to big at least for the first 10 rows. They claim to have some new sound system which was ok I guess but nothing special once the movie started. The seats were not comfortable at all. They sort of recline but not really and the 4 different ones I looked at were dirty. I will say the pizza was pretty good and was a decent price for the pizza and a beer. Also nice isle space between the seats.

Love coming here, The best part of tonight is the concession area attendee is jamming to the music on a slow weekday. Its awesome to see people enjoy what they do no matter what! Thumbs up to you!!! Must be a great place to work at

Went to go see a movie last night at the Palladium on West Grand Parkway in Richmond. I really enjoyed the comfort of the recliners but they are too close together for my taste, as I was constantly elbowed by a heavy set woman sitting next to me. Additionally, the cost per ticket was a little high for that comfort, however, it was the next thing to watching a movie from the comfort of my own favorite chair at home.
My main complaint is with their food service. To start with, my wife and I both had a California hamburger, fries and large diet cokes. The food quality was horrible, yet we were charged $ 45.00 for the two burgers, fries and cokes. To add insult to injury, we both came home sick; vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. (we suspect food poisoning from food not handled and or stored correctly).
I am still in shell shock how a hamburger that absolutely could not cost more than a $ 1.00 to make, a bout .90 cents in french fries and less than a dollar in fountain drinks, can justify a cost of approximately $ 45.00 There should a statute prohibiting excessive gouging when it becomes so ridiculous that you would have to use a calculator to figure out the percentage of the markup.
For example, a man received a life sentence in Florida for charging people $ 2,800.00 for Chemlawn treatments where he was using about $ 65.00 in chemicals and about 30 minutes labor applying the same. The state claimed that charging senior citizens such an outrageous price to treat their lawns was basically a theft.

Popcorn is never fresh and always cold. Pizza is not delivered to vip sections. Vip takes forever to order anything

We visited this movie theater Friday night (01/​15/​2016) because our family recommended this place to us. All praises about the cleanliness and what the place has to offer. We were very thrilled until we got to the movie theater. I was seated next to a toddler which she was throwing a tantrum the whole time. Crying, stomping, yelling and eventually got to the part of kicking me and her mother couldn’t do anything for her to stop. I was very upset, but I decided to wait until we finish the movie to talk to a manager about what just occurred inside the theater. I talked to a manager named Richard Vigil who did not even offer sympathy nor apologized for what happened. All he said was «I wish we could’ve caught them in the act, but if you’re informing this to us now then there’s nothing we can do about it» which is completely understandable but at least apologize and do a better job checking the theater, which he said that all the managers do walk ins. We never spotted anybody the whole time we were watching the movie. I am deeply sadden that I took an hour drive to this place. It has so much to offer but I feel like the manager didn’t even take our complaint seriously and was just rude about it. He wanted me to get up In the middle of the movie and call out the family seated next to me. I would give this place a 5 star even after the disturbance that the child caused only if the manager would at least be respectful and would’ve done his job better. I basically wasted $ 50 for movie tickets and food (popcorn, soda, 2 gelato). To top that, a headache, stiff neck and having to put up with a disrespectful /​unprofessional manager. Thanks!
I’ll stick with Studio Movie Grill in City Center. The staff /​employees do a better job making sure that their patrons are satisfied.

A far ways away from inside the loop and may not be worth the driving, IMO. They have the 4D seats and you can pick your seats when you buy your ticket, but even when watching an action movie, I was underwhelmed. The customer service at the bar and the sushi place left much to be desired, IMO, and I was not happy with the taste of the food. I have not returned and do not plan to.

The Palladium could be a bit overwhelming at first, but is a great place once you learn your way around. I definitely recommend eating in advance, and ordering your tickets online to get good seats. There are never lines for tickets since its a neat self service kiosk, but since you select your seats at purchase time, you can get stuck with crummy seats if you wait until just before showtime.
I don’t feel the food is worth the wait or price, but it is pretty decent for a movie theatre. A good perk is that you can order a real meal and take it into the theatre with you. The Starbucks coffee, baked goods, and Gelato are nice changes from normal movie theatre menus.
The arcade is great to kill some time before a showing, and the upstairs bar away from kids is great.
Arrive early! This place is definitely busy on weekend nights!

Great place to stop by for gaming, drinks, foods and movies. Place is fantastic like and Greek place, statues, pylons, pictures of mystical creatures and for extra cash you can enjoy the VIP waiting area with leather sofa, pool tables and elegant bathroom.
The reason for only 2 stars was the service received when we took advantage of ordering from our seats in the movie.
We ordered our food and drinks but only received half our ordered the movie had started and the rest of our order hadn’t came out. We buzzed the services three times until we received our complete order. Half way during the movie they come back to paid the bill. What happened to waiting until the end of the movie to collected payment. Couldn’t enjoy STARWARS the movie. At the end of the movie we were waiting to see if they were any extra scenes after the credits. The a**hole staff keep saying,” no extra scenes, movie is done, you can’t go now”. I was piss so we stayed longer kept telling them,” getting my money’s worth”. Since we pay the extra for VIP access. RUDE but the place itself awesome.
Maybe it was cause it was busy holiday week. But going back and will check on that experience. Next time maybe call the manager or something.

Concessions are reasonably priced and there’s tons of options. The theater auditoriums are huge, with comfortable seats and armrests.
CONS: bathroom sinks are small, set into high counters so that if you’re short or a child, they’re difficult to reach. The floor of our auditorium looked clean but was super sticky. I had to wash the bottom of my shoes after the show!

Good concept with poor execution. I prefer theaters (hello iPic) that allow you to purchase specific seats in advance and offer expanded menus (a bar is a plus) and have no qualms about paying. Unfortunately, the level of service is just flat out poor. Better bet to grab your meal beforehand and skip the concessions.

They are slowing building out this area and soon this will be the place to be!
I went here for a second showing of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which gives me a good comparison review. For the first showing, I went to my local AMC. Both times I watched it in 3D. When I was buying the tickets, I couldn’t believe that they were only $ 12.50. I thought there must be something wrong with the theater. At the AMC in Tampa, it was $ 37 for two tickets off of fandango. I even called to make sure that the screen was an IMAX screen, because I was in disbelief.
You get to choose your seat ahead of time. We had our pick of seats, which was amazing, because seats were pretty much all sold out at Edwards Cinema. We chose seats 3 rows from the top, which was a good choice. There were VIP seats above us, so if we chose any lower, we would have been pretty low. The seating map didn’t really convey this well.
It is a little out of the way. I saw a sign that said they were building a shopping center close by. I think soon this will be a place people hang out, but right now you pretty much only come to this area to go to this theater. It’s almost like a food court inside, with tons of different options. They even have gyros and gelato. It kind of blew my mind.
They have icee options for drinks and it is free refills! We went crazy with coke icee. The large popcorn gets one refill, but seriously, who needs more than one. We didn’t even get one.
The seats are very nice. I love the giant arm rests that fit a drink and a large popcorn. You don’t feel like you are sitting on top of each other.
The 3D is very good. The glasses are very sturdy. It was a much better 3D experience than at the AMC. There was a lot more depth to the scenes.
Overall, I would recommend this theater in a heartbeat. Definitely check this out if you are anywhere close by.

Love this place. My go to theater! Extremely clean and polish :) the staff is friendly whenever you have to interact with them since they have man kiosks for you to purchase your tickets at. That definitely shortens the line! They have a huge variety of food you can choose from. A bit costy but movie theaters make their money by sell food.
I’ve tried their normal seats, dbox, and their reclining chairs. Allllll were amazing experiences! The screens are hugeeee and they literally take up that whole wall. The sound quality is just speechless I travel the distance for this place! Cant wait for all the movies that’ll be coming out next year! Definitely worth the drive

Much about this entertainment center is quite positive. It is generally clean although frankly the restrooms could stand some more maintenance especially as the day progresses. The ambience, variety of entertainment, bar and the comfort of the theater/​cinema is wonderful and causes you to want to return rather than stay home and NetFlix. The quality of the food however leaves a great deal to be desired and for the space it occupies and the labor it consumes I think the owners would be far better off to convert the space to a greater diversity of entertainment, repurpose the labor to restroom maintenance and cover a greater amount of overhead to a profitable venture which enhances rather than detracts from the goodwill of this wonderful venue.

Ummm, so there is a Gelato bar in the middle of the theater. And a food court with all kinds of food. Also, each seat has a little table and it’s just so spacious! The screen! It’s like watching a IMAX movie. It’s just hard to describe! Look at the pictures!!!

My family and I don’t go to the movies much, but every once in a while a movie will come out that we all are interested in. After facing two large rats at another theater we decided to give the Palladium theater a try. Man, I walked in there acting like a fat kid in a candy store. This place is top-​notch. In addition to your regular overly priced movie theater snacks and popcorn, there is another food area that supply a variety of food items that are reasonably priced. The VIP section is upstairs, where service is provided. You can order food and they will bring it to you. Let me circle back around to the regular theater food. The big plus is that there is free refills on drinks (including icees). So far it’s be well kept. The theater seat were comfortable. This is a great place to go. Oh– I almost forgot to mention the bowling section. Yessir!!!

LOVEEE this place! It’s one of our favorite date night spots! This movie theater has a bowling alley, a huge bar upstairs, beautiful and clean bathrooms with tons of stalls, lots of food to choose from (including gelato, sushi and pizza), VIP seating and so much more!
We’re here at least once every weekend. I’ve been a Santikos movie theater fan for years!

This theater is HUGE and has basically a full restaurant inside. You can get anything from gelato to pizza to sushi to gyros. They also have a full bar upstairs and an arcade. So all that makes it a cool place and you can definitely do more than at the average theater.
However I customer service sucks. The guy who took our tickets didn’t say a word, didn’t make eye contact and didn’t even tell us where our theater was. When we asked he just looked and stared at us and never told us. So rude.
The actual theater was disgusting. The floor was sticky, the seats and arm rests had soda/​liquid spilled on them. There was popcorn everywhere and it was very obvious that the theater hadn’t been cleaned after the last movie. Also since you pre pick your seats you can’t even switch so I ended up sitting on a sticky seat. Super gross.
While this place has a ton of food and looks really cool I probably wouldn’t go back by choice. I’d rather go to a simpler theater with friendly people and clean seats.
