Short Pump Heating & Air

Best HVAC company ever! Never met better technicians who spend time explaining every thing in great detail. We had to replace our upstairs unit and the guys where so clean and the job looked professional! We did have a problem with a certain part that was being recalled, the technician explained everything to me that I totally understood and they took care of it free and clear. Even had a professional handy man fix the ceiling. I have never seen a better company that takes time with their customers! All our neighbors use them!!! Never again will I use an HVAC company I see on the tv!

Called short pump on Christmas Day last year because my water heater died at THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME! The plumber from Short pump arrived 45 min after I called. Not bad for Christmas morning. He was the nicest guy and walked me thru a few options including (to my surprise) putting in a new heater the next day, which was awesome because I had family in town. I agreed and he returned the next day and installed the heater and I haven’t had a problem since.
I called them the other day when my A/​C was blowing hot air and they fit me in same day. The tech that arrived was extremely helpful, clean cut and seemed knowledgeable. He did a awesome job and had us «chilling» in no time. I highly recommend these guys and want to say thanks again! Keep up the good work!

Worst h vac contractor. Purchased a new 14 000 dollar system. It did not last a year. They did not stand behind their product. Bryant high efficiency. Got james river air to replace the entire system and james river air gave a 10 year warranty. Short pump is totally worthless and will leave you hanging. Avoid.
