This Subway sucks in terms of quality. I don’t care if a minimum wage chain employee doesn’t care about their job… But all of the veggies were in really sad shape and completely frozen. The banana peppers were all stem pieces, and the lettuce was brown and soggy. I’m also bummed that apparently $ 5 foot longs aren’t a thing anymore. There was only one sandwich that was $ 6 for a footlong. Not worth it, I’d rather buy a $ 5 giant sandwich from Safeway that feeds 3

Only one working during lunch! Really? Girl was nice though but service was slow due to lack of help. Food was fine, but so stingy with portions. Subway close to Oaks Casino is great! So go there instead.

Average Subway. Always feel like they are able to build a consistent sandwich by achieving property ingredient ratios. There is always someone there to provide service when you walk in. Only downside is that the location seems somewhat dirty on occasion.

Good service, good food, but LOST of homeless people. It wouldn’t bother me if they’d go in to buy things but no, they go in and chill wasting tables. A whole bunch of drunk junkies and smelly hobos makes the place look terrible ! I don’t hate homrless people but wtf r they doing begging inside a eating place takinh up all the room for no reason? Its small enough without them just chillin watchin peoplr eat its, disturbing.

Everytime I go I there, I feel like I’m bothering and wasting the time of the staff. The only reason I give 3 stars: food seems fresh and they get your order straight.

Dudes… this is a Subway. What the hell are you doing in Richmond with expectations? Avoid the lunch rush. Whitey ain’t got many places he/she can hit up in the Rich, so come after the herds leave. Never had a problem with my order. Tables and such have been clean. Food just fine.

can i give 0 stars? do not come here! the woman tried to blatantly over charge me! she added more than a dollar to the cost of what i ordered, after i repeatedly pointed out the price that was clearly listed on the menu. she kept repeating the upped price, over and over(not including tax, this was the flat base cost of the item that was being argued!) she than said«i am not the manager this is what the manager told me to charge». she offered me the meal for free, but cmon now, it’s the principle, i don’t care if i was paid to take the food! these people are dirty. do not come here! reporting them to corporate.

Evidently I offended a few of Unilocal’s shrinking violets by discussing a random woman’s breasts in my recent Subway review, as it has been flagged and removed. I’m so sorry. Really, I am. Here is my new, sanitized review of my experience eating a tasteless, wilted 6″ veggie sub from this place – minus a star, of course, for no bewbies: Dear Subway Guy, Your 6″ failed to satisfy me. xo Tsada
