Truly terrible. Two stars instead of one only because it was the only place that was open on Christmas and the waitress was nice enough. My husband’s «Yucatan Chipotle Chicken Salad», which was supposed to be «blackened chicken», red onions, kale, avocado, etc., was a couple pieces of boiled chicken over iceberg lettuce. His Long Island ice teas had about an inch of foam at the top of them that looked like dish soap. My cocktails, rail drinks at $ 5 each, arrived only half filled and flat. The flatbread I ordered bore no real resemblance to photos online. An awful experience, disgusting in all respects, and to be avoided at all costs unless it’s Christmas and there literally is not another place open in town.

Came he with a bunch of friends. Kinda dark when i came in. The food came out at a reasonable time and was pretty filling. Services wasn’t that bad, could of been better. Server didn’t rly care much about us she was on facebook most of the time and didnt realy bring us water. Bottom line she hates her job… The food is a bit pricey. Good place to hang out and eat with friends and family. Got a bar if you enjoy drinking and watching sports.

I really don’t see why this place had bad reviews. Our experience at tgi Fridays was a good one. I would recommend anyone to come to this restaurant because of the nice waiter and good food. As long as you don’t get caught in the upper level near the bar, it’s not loud. We got the jack Daniels chicken, chicken sandwich, and burger. Pros– good service, comfortable seats, good location

I don’t do Friday’s, but a friend wanted to meet up there, so I did. Our waiter was Jeff, who was one of the best servers I’d had in a long time. Very personable, well-timed service. The food is what it is, but I’d forgotten that they have some really good drink specials. I had to be reminded why they’re called TGI Fridays.

I ordered the all American stack thing… Supposed to be two beef patties, bacon jam, thousand Island and asiago and parmesan spread… I removed the bacon jam, thousand Island and cheese spread because I don’t care for it… I was totally okay with paying over $ 12 without that stuff… I figured since it was A DOUBLEBURGER that other stuff didn’t matter… The patties are no bigger than the thin patties you get from a McDonald’s $ 1 mcdouble! I thought there must be a mistake… My patty is the same size patty as my son’s kids menu cheeseburger… Told my waitress and the«cook» said that those were indeed the right patties… So I just paid almost 13 dollars for a double cheeseburger with bacon that I could have spent just over $ 2 for at Mcdonald’s. Edit: the manager Jesse(or Jessie) fixed the issue for me, however the patty is definitely correct… It seems your money is going toward that bacon jam… So if you just want a double bacon cheeseburger with no fluff, you’re still looking to pay full price for the classic cheeseburger(roughly 10 bucks) plus the 1.50 for the additional patty.

Honestly I do not understand all of the 1 star reviews. This place is not terrible at all, it’s your typical chain that will serve you pretty decent standard food. My boyfriend and I went the other night to take advantage of their endless appetizers, because who doesn’t love limitless apps? We were seated quickly and were greeted by a really friendly server who immediately took care of our first round of appetizers. We tried the mozzarella sticks and the potstickers, which were both fantastic. Next we had the boneless ghost wings and PB&J wings. The PB&J wings were our absolute favorite of the evening, they had a great Thai taste with the peanut sauce. For our final round we had the chicken flatbread and Parmesan garlic wings, both of which were really subpar. The flatbread had too much of a sweet sauce and the wings were a bit greasy. All and all, it was a fine experience with a great server who never let us go without.

The waitress was nice but the food was below average and I had to wait an hour for a simple deli sandwich when there was only a few peole there. The waitress blamed the long wait time on the changing of the kitchen staff! Will not come back!

Their service is SOBAD. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt because the food is good, well… WAS good. Over the last couple of months it’s gotten lazy. Just don’t waste your time, the service is HORRIBLE. It is a shame because the waiters are so nice but they leave you hanging and it takes forever and when you get your food you’re like«what the FUCK is this?»

THANKGODIT’S NOTFRIDAY’S We came in with a large party on a Tuesday night and the management was very accommodating. There were 10 of us. The food came quickly. The service was great. That’s not easy to do with a large group. Before leaving, I thanked the manager for giving us special attention. I went home and was actually prepared to give a decent review. BUT Everyone in my party(including me) got sick that night. Unfortunately, they’re not managing the kitchen like the rest of restaurant. I wish I could say it was one dish. But each of us ordered something completely different off the menu. That’s 10 different dishes that had obvious satiation problems. Another Unilocaled said«Absolutely the worst TGI Fridays I have been too» and you know what? I have to agree.

I can honestly say I haven’t been to Friday’s in probably 5 years. So long in fact that I didn’t even know where one was! Applebee’s is usual my late night half prices app place of choice, but after seeing the endless apps commercials, I decided I would give Friday’s a shot. The service was great, and food was okay, just like I remember Friday’s being. However, I can say all the food tasted like they made it(or at least finished it) in the restaurant(more than you can say for Applebee’s). The letdown: You can only pick one dish to have refilled. For example, if you order the boneless wings, you can’t get potato skins on your next order. The fix: Bring a few friends, each order something different. This way all of those things can be refilled. Overall, the food was what I expected, not too good, but not awful either. Our waiter however was very good. FYI — no boxes. They don’t charge you for what you leave(like some other all you can eat places) but just be aware, you can’t take it home. On another note — the prices have gotten way more expensive for their entrees. Overall, go for the endless apps, but make sure you bring some friends!

The girls there were lovely to us! Food was like excellent frozen dinners – that’s no knock, because I’d rate O’Charley’s as mediocre frozen dinners. We’re not big chain-restaurant lovers, and Fridays is usually at the bottom of that list, well below Tuesday’s as-of late. This was a nice food & dining experience. One oddity was a gaggle of nerdy yuppie wannabes were smoking pot in the outdoor dining area by the front door.

The service was absolutely terrible. We had ask for utensils, plates and refills. Also we ordered an appetizer that took well over 1.5 hours to get. There was so much confusion the left didn’t know what the right is doing. I never come here and thought I would try it again to see if things had changed. They haven’t so will continue to go to the competition instead.

Horrible, the food was cold. A huge disappointment. The food was disgusting, please do not eat here the risk of illness is too great. My food was cold please refer to my uploaded images. The franchise should revoke this location.

Absolutely the worst TGI Fridays I have been too. I don’t ask for too much, fill my drink and that’s about it. Food isn’t bad, the usual fare. Definitely nothing to rave about Service was awful though! We got seated in less than 5 minutes but we waited for our server for about 20 minutes and I finally had to ask another server where our server was. Our drinks were pretty much not refilled. We got them, we drank them and they sat empty until she came without check at the end of our meal. Don’t come on a weekend(Friday, Saturday, Sunday) definitely what other Unilocalers have said, it’s like a club.

Went in for lunch and was harassed by manager insisting on knowing what the occasion was for me and my party. He didn’t seem to get a hint and stayed at table far longer than he was wanted. The food was average at best but the experience was ruined by the pushy manager who wanted to leave his mark on the meal. I won’t be back unless there is a change in management.

Came here on a tuesday night after work and it was set up like a night club, they almost charged us a 5 dollar cover charge thinking we were there for hip hop night. When we stated all we wanted to do was eat they let us in for free. The food is half decent although it took a long time. mixed drinks were strong. Not much to say here. Service was lacking, we did not have utensils or app plates 5 minutes after getting our appetizer. Bottom line, if you are craving a decent late night steak and you can tolerate loud rap music, police posting up arresting people outside and people throwing up in the bathrooms then fridays is the spot. This kind of stuff i would not make up. I did enjoy my jack daniels ribeye though.

Went here with a group of five friends on a recent busy Friday evening. Am I a masochist? Nope, just a really hopeful guy, and my hopes were somehow rewarded with a great experience here. The server was extremely pleasant despite the hectic atmosphere and made frequent callbacks even though she had multiple tables. The food was amazing(I had the double bacon bleu cheese burger and it did not disappoint), save for perhaps the starter chips, though soggy chips are an inevitable consequence of having large batches of them that sit for a while. I was impressed to see the servers and food runners working together so well, and the manager’s stop by our table definitely showed that they’re committed to making their guests happy. Points all around! Overall: 4.0 stars — — — — - Pros: –Excellent server despite it being an insanely busy Friday evening. Now that’s service! The manager even came over to see how we were doing. –Had the double bleu cheese burger and added the unlimited fries: They. Rocked. –Delicious, cheap, and enjoyable are the keys to the good things in life, and Friday’s delivered. Cons: –Bit of a wait, though going to T.G.I. Friday’s on a Friday and expecting to cruise to a seat is probably the definition of insanity. –The chips they give you to start definitely sit for a while and as a consequence get moist and non-chippy. Then again, they’re free, so the price is right.

So, I go to places like TGI Friday’s because I work at night, and I work on computer. Oddly enough, I enjoy being in crowded places for work, as it’s a nice change from my home office. The good: The bartenders are awesome, and they hooked me up with a spot at the bar to work where my laptop could be plugged in(over any of the ice bins, FYI). The bad: Apparently, a group of the Friday’s restaurants were sued because someone got hacked using the free Friday’s wi-fi. That’s the word from the bartender. So, there’s no more free wi-fi at this location. There is at the one down in Short Pump, but nothin’-doin’ at this one, and unfortunately, I do a lot of work online, so this really affects my experience.
