Attorney Patrick L. Forte provides legal counsel and representation for clients in the area of bankruptcy law. He has more than 33 years of experience and focuses his practice on Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and emergency filings.

He was admitted to the California State Bar and the Alameda County Bar associations in 1977. Attorney Forte is a member of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum and has been a member of the National Association of Creditor Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) since 1994.
