Be surprised how filthy it can get. Secondly, you don’t feel like you are a resident who pays a rent by the end of each month based of the way how staffs and maintenance employees treat you. If you ask them to come over and fix something it would take them 4ever and they won’t fix it. I have been asking them to change the TV cable and it has been 4 months and they haven’t changed it yet. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Speaking of safety, the doors never close so it is easier for strangers to get in the building, one day I found a homeless guy sleeping at the laundry room. It can get super noisy especially during weekends, also one day one Of the neighbors threw a glass at my door thinking that I was the one who had a party. In addition to that, whenever I buy things online they get missing and the office will tell you that they are not responsible for missing items! Then who is responsible then?

The staff is usually very friendly. Ive just had issues getting things done in a timely manor. It took over a month to receive a mailbox key. It’s not the cleanest building or the best looking but my apartment is not bad. If you clean up after yourself then you most likely will not have a bug problem. The carpet was clean when I moved in and my neighbors are all very friendly. It’s an older building so you will have issues but it is also the city and you get what you pay for. The maintenance men are so friendly and they work hard. I think in time the Towers could be a great place to live in. It’s just small things that need to be adjusted.

Stay away from these shady people if at all possible. They have to come in your apartment a couple times a month to do different stuff. I don’t think they know how to schedule more than one thing at a time. Then got displaced and had to live in a hotel for 3 months. I made 2 months and found another apartment. Was supposed to get my security deposit back within 30 to 45 days. Still have not gotten it. They say that I did not leave a forwarding address, I left two. Anytime you have a problem and call the office they do not answer. You go to the office and everyone runs and hides in the back. And it is not kept clean. Trash everywhere, and the laundry room makes you not want to wash your clothes there.

Do not live here. WORST management team you could ever imagine. The AC broke in both apartment complexes. We have called numerous of times about the AC since April and they kept saying it’ll be back on shortly. When May came, they finally told us that we had to vacate the apartment in order to fix the AC. They moved us (my sister, my infant son, and I) from hotel to hotel without a kitchen and no means of transportation. I have told them that I needed to get compensated for the amount of money that we have spent eating out due to no kitchen. I have talked to people who live in our building and only some got compensated. Moving from hotel to hotel with an infant is hard enough as a single mother, but when I can’t cook or don’t have the option to cook while still paying full rent is not acceptable for nobody. I have tried numerous times to email corporate and leave voicemails, but they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner and they post up flyers with false promises. Some of the services they charge you for upon signing the leasing contract like the swimming pool have never been opened. I have talked to previous tenants and the problem continues from year to year and their lack of friendly customer service is also not acceptable.

I rated it 5 out of 5 when I first moved in. Didn’t have ac most of the summer, they tried to make me sign a form saying that it was ok for them to make me move into a hotel at anytime, pool has never been opened. Staff is very friendly though. You get what you pay for and for the amount I pay, all the troubles are worth it.
