I bought some shoes at another branch of this store. They wore out too soon so I took them in to the Stony Point branch. They exchanged them for a new pair in seconds. No hassle. Just pleasant customer service.
On another occasion, I bought insoles here on advice from the salesman. I had purchased my shoes elsewhere. Again, he was pleasant and helpful, and the product really helped me.

Worst sales staff ever. Man should be fired. Refused to discuss shoes, refused to size me, handed me a box of shoes and walked off. No one else in store. I will NEVER visit this store again. Now that I think I like the shoes I can buy them online for cheaper. I wanted to support a local business, but forget it if that is the effort this store intends to make.
