Not only is this pet store the best in Ridgefield, but it is without a doubt the best in the area! The staff are all wonderful — very helpful, personable, and above all knowledgeable! There is nothing more reassuring than a business that knows what it’s talking about. I’ve been to other local pet stores that know next to nothing about the products they sell and worse — the animals they sell! I have nothing but praise for Animal Fair and the people who work there.

A nice neighborhood pet food and a refreshing change from big box stores like Petsmart and Petco. The owner is lovely and the staff are highly knowledgeable. The store stocks a lot of things, which makes it kind of cramped, although the recent remodeling has added some space. They sell small mammals, birds and a very limited selection of tropical fish. I go back often.
