Welcoming environment and great customer service. All staffs were nice but especially Jin. I worked with Jin and was able to get the items I wanted with good price after DC. The store consists of two floors for you to check out.
The delivery service after the purchase was good. Reasonable lead time. Overall great experience shopping here!

Purchased a sofa for my living room which i LUV.
My only concern was the price, even after i stopped by several other stores in the area.
The salesman i talked to, Jin, was very helpful and also lenient on pricing.
Got what i wanted at the price i wanted.

This is a great contemporary furniture store.
BIF has nice line of imported furnitures. I bought Natuzzi sofa from Italy and
received within three weeks through quick ship program.
Sales people helped me to choose the right style for our home.
I am also pleased with coffee table because it is a good quality furniture.
Prices are reasonable.

Worst customer service after payment. Upon delivery i found damaged spots on my furniture. The delivery guy calls the guy who i placed the order with, and just rude rude rude.

I first expected something like «sorry, how can we work this out?»
But again he says take a picture and send it.
He calls back and says how about $ 100 off.
My damage was not a small scratch but a big crack where you can see the color difference. Well i already waited for these furnitures but i did not want to wait again.
Being frustrated i went to the store, no greet or apology kicks me out of office and gives me a check. The worst when paying for my merchandise and it’s not like i caused it. I assume they do not treat you like customer unless you spend couple ten thousands. They do have nice furniture but horrible service. Goto their littleneck location, if you care.

Good flexible price after korean style discount.
However, after purchase delivery service sucks.
Furniture is hand made in Italy n takes 3mo after u order. Then the estimated shipping was delayed by 3weeks n bif staff didn t call us NoT once near the arrival date.
And worst thing is they didnt call us even after they received the unit yesterday because they planned to delivery ones that came in first. So if we found out if it. s arrived. They would have to ship ours first.
That.s fine. It. a business. They should ve called us at least when it arived from the port.
I would not recommend this place for its poor service.
Products are nice.
