HMK teaches kendo and sword forms such as iaido, yedo, and shinkum.

You can feel the thrill of sword fighting and the art of sword drawing safely.

HMK is very famous in NY, NJ area. Because we have skillful high ranking masters and kendo specialized facility.

The academy has moved to new & better location.
It has clean wooden floor and well-​maintained facility.
Definitely, HMK is the best Kumdo Academy in NYC/​NJ area.
Unlike other Kendo clubs and academy, HMK is led by 7th Dan & 6th Dan masters.
There are 5 more qualified masters who has 4th dan and higher.
As one of members of HMK, I highly recommend this Dojo because there are lots of good members who has good skills of Kumdo and well mannered.
