Super Stretch Limousine

BEWARE!!! The service we received on a recent wine tasting tour was UNACCEPTABLE! A pleasant Sat. afternoon trip was totally ruined by our group’s incarceration in a limo without working air conditioning! Clearly the vehicle was due for service as nothing but hot air blew from the vents whether the two small windows were up or down. It was significantly cooler outside than it was in this hot pink oven! While it’s true running air conditioning with windows down is generally not recommended, if we had not opened the windows to get some outside air circulating, the ride would have been even MORE UNBEARABLE! Particularly distressing was the driver’s cavalier attitude toward our plight. No apology, no attempt to accommodate with extra ice or parking in available shade with windows open during the winery stops. But most disturbing of all was the owner’s response to a call to report these distressing circumstances. He basically suggested the caller was lying, claiming subsequent passengers reported no problem. This COULD NOT BE POSSIBLE unless the air conditioning had been repaired.
Even under the best of circumstances, this limo – advertised to accommodate 15 passengers – was too tight for comfort. 11 slender wine tasters in casual clothing were crammed together with zero leg room. I can’t imagine a bridal party trying to fold elaborate dresses and pressed tuxedos into these impossibly tight quarters without arriving rumpled and sweating! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! The owner’s only service is to his own bottom line.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE — Especially in the summer or be prepared to ‘sweat it out’!
We recently rented the hot pink Hummer for my girlfriend’s bachelorette party to Willamette Valley for wine tasting. We lucked out with a gorgeous day in the 80s. Within 10 minutes of our trip, all twelve of us were roasting, trying everything to cool ourselves, like turning up the fans full blast and opening the two small windows in the back. Nothing was working. One of our girl’s had to get dropped off because she wasn’t feeling well, no doubt this was heat induced.
Many of us repeatedly told the driver that it was too hot and we needed AC however he continued to ignore are requests and give us the cold shoulder. He was not budging so I assumed the AC must be broken and he did not want to confront us on it. We spent over 3 hours total in that Hummer and only towards the last 30mins did the AC kick in. That’s when I got really upset. It worked the entire time! At drop off we confronted the driver on it, and his response was UNACCEPTABLE! He continued to say that we needed to simply roll the windows down and turn on the fans full blast. Doesn’t help much when all you get is hot, stuffy air as we’re crawling in traffic. Also, easy for him to say when he enjoyed the comfort of AC throughout the entire trip!
The mother of the bride called the owner of the company, and he too was completely unapologetic and dismissed her comments. This is not a way to run a business and it will fail if they don’t take serious action.
For the record, this is my first time writing a Unilocal review, obviously not something I spend my time doing but it’s so important that people know what they are getting into. My heart goes out to Anna N on her special day.

We used this company for a birthday party wine tasting tour in Ridgefield and had a wonderful experience. They were professional and dependable and the driver was friendly and helpful. Definitely full service. Thank you! We will be sure to recommend.

Worst Service Ever! Do NOT rent your limo from them!
We rented a limo from them for our wedding & they came an hour late & refuse to give us a refund. The guy told us that if we didn’t pay the full price he was going to drive away. By that time we were the only one at the church waiting for them so we had no alternative but to get into the limo. Because of their terrible service we were unable to take wedding photos at the destination we had picked out or else we would have been late to our own reception.
We called the owner & he refuses to do anything. The guy said that we gave him the address to our home, but why the heck would we do that when we were at church at that time!!! They seriously need to check their call log. The worst customer service ever. I intend to take them to court & file massive complaints against them. We paid over $ 5k for photos & because of them we didn’t have it at my dream destination nor the allotted time scheduled for it!
