I didn’t even want to give one star for this company. I spent nearly $ 4000 on 4 pieces and received the worse customer service. I order the furniture in February, enough time to have it in place before family was to come into town in May, or so I thought. When ordering my furniture, the sales lady promised me it would be delivered in 8 – 10 weeks (April), THE COMPLETE SET. The only communication I received for 10 weeks was a card that cam in the mail 2 days after making my purchase thanking me for my order.
As I did not hear anything else regarding my purchase, at 10 weeks and 1 day, I called the sales lady. She said that part of my set was at the warehouse and could be delivered someone would contact me about delivery. Again, no word. I called the sales lady back after a week to inform her that I had not gotten a call regarding delivery. She contacted the warehouse for the delivery. The warehouse finally called me a week later and I received part of my delivery at 13 weeks 5 days (the end of May). The rest did not make it until 20 weeks (July) after placing my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ETHAN ALLEN AGAIN.
