Byers & Byers, P.A. was founded in Ridgewood, New Jersey, by Bruce K. Byers, LLB, JD. Bruce’s son, Christopher D. Byers, JD, LLM (Taxation) joined the family practice in 1994.

Business Owner

Christopher Byers obtained his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA in 1991. He obtained his Masters of Law Degree from New York University in 1998. Christopher has served as officer and on the Board of Trustees with many local organizations, including Ramapo-​Bergen Animal Refuge, West Bergen Mental Healthcare, The Valley Hospital Foundation, The Professional Advisory Committee, Ridgewood Rotary Club, Ridgewood LeTip and several committees at the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood. He lives with his wife, daughter and two dogs in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
