History

Established in 1993.

Nachman & Associates, P.C. (N&A) was formed in 1993 by David Nachman, Esq. At the time, the Firm handled Corporate Law, Litigation and Immigration and Nationality Law. A Real Estate Partner was added in 1996 and the firm continued to grow. The Firm’s first offices were located at 7 Arcadian Way, Paramus, New Jersey 7 652. The Firm moved its office to Upper Saddle River due to increased growth in 1998. In 1999 N&A merged into the Labor & Employment Firm of Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, P.A. David Nachman, Esq. was the Chair of the Immigration Department at that Firm. In 2003, Mr. Nachman left the Grotta Firm and re-​activated N&A in Upper Saddle River. In 2005, the Firm moved to 487 Goffle Road, Ridgewood, New Jersey 7 450. The Firm merged with the Law Offices of Michael Phulwani, Esq. in 2011 to form the Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C. The Firm has grown to 6 Lawyers and 17 Paralegals. The Firm concentrates its practice in U.S. — Canada Immigration and Nationality Law.
