When I first stumbled across this doctor is was solely for an emergency and convenience of proximity. It had been a long time since I had a dentist like Dr. Jacobs. Since then he has become my family dentist and they gladly accommodate all of us into one apponiontment. The front end staff are friendly and very efficient. Dr. Jacobs has even won over my 3 year old son with his patient and careful tact. The only con would be that there is a bit of a wait even if you do have an appointment. Regardless, the thorough service is worth the wait.
They accept a vast variety of insurances and make sure to follow up every 6 months with a phone call reminder.
