Nancy Tosson, Esq. and Sarah Tadros Awad, Esq. joined forces to better service the New York and New Jersey legal landscape.

Nancy has an extensive background in the areas of real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosure defense and negotiating settlements with borrowers and mortgagees. Nancy’s experience also consists of criminal litigation, both as a defense attorney and also as a prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.

Sarah’s experience is focused in the areas of real estate along with commercial, mortgage foreclosure defense, family and landlord tenant litigation.

Manager

Prior to becoming partner and co-​founder of Tosson & Awad, LLP., Nancy practiced law in the areas of real estate litigation, which included litigating foreclosure actions and negotiating settlements with borrowers and mortgagees. Nancy’s experience also consists of criminal litigation, both as a defense attorney and also as a prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Nancy maintains a vast amount of courtroom experience, stemming from litigating matters from their inception to trial. Through her varied experience in litigation, Nancy gained exposure to many areas of the law. Nancy’s diverse knowledge in different legal arenas along with her genuine care for her clients’ legal needs, allow her to zealously advocate on their behalf while working towards the best possible outcome. Nancy is also fluent in Arabic.
