Mr. Gregory Spadea is a Tax attorney, former IRS Agent and Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Spadea has over 22 years of tax experience including income, employment and estate & gift taxes. While at the IRS for over 13 years, Mr. Spadea gained a thorough understanding of the IRS Tax Code, and knows how the IRS really works.
Mr. Spadea formed Spadea & Associates, LLC in June 2001.
As an Attorney, Gregory Spadea is licensed to practice before the IRS, as well the Federal District Court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Tax Court. Attorney Spadea has solved numerous IRS tax problems for his clients, and has been victorious in representing his clients in the Federal District Court and the U.S. Tax Court. Attorney Spadea will fight for your rights by employing all legal means available to him. Attorney Spadea has been very successful resolving cases even before they go to trial.

Gregory Spadea graduted from Widener Univerity Law School in 1999, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Spadea & Associates, LLC offers free consultations and can assist clients with estate planning, wills, tax return preparation, criminal defense, family law, immigration law and personal injury.
As an Attorney, Gregory Spadea also represents businesses and individuals being audited by the IRS. Attorney Spadea also handles Estate and Gift Tax Return examinations and valuation issues. Attorney Spadea has successfully resolved numerous cases in IRS Appeals and District Counsel.
Attorney Gregory Spadea is also currently a JAG officer (military attorney) holding the rank of Major in the US Army Reserves. Major Gregory Spadea is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Military Officers Association of America. Mr. Spadea also prepares wills for any veteran free of charge.
