Todd N Todd Drafting Design

I was referred to Kevin for some drafting work by another contractor. We met at my property to discuss a project in detail and then scheduled to meet together at the building dept. in Sacramento. Kevin did his research and was gracious enough to wait with me at the building dept., speak with the planner, and ask all the right questions. He even called a contractor while we were there to get a quick quote on something additional that I would need. Unfortunately the code requirements made the project impossible (– total bummer). Later in the day he followed up with me to discuss the code requirements in more detail and let me know what other options there might be. This guy is as thorough and honest as they come, and I can’t thank him enough for his time. I look forward to working with him more in the future.
