Joanna Boothe – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had the worse experience ever in 50 years of being on this planet with Joanna Boothe Insurance in Albuquerque NM. My agent, Denise, was rude and inpatient. When your questions are repeatedly not answered but many of the agent’s sentences start with «I’ve already told you…» in a rude tone you know you are dealing with a poor service company. In addition, when your agent says you are not over insured, and then you find that your homeowners was insuring double the value of your home, you know you are dealing with a poor service company.
When you inquire on premium savings and find that stacking your auto in underinsured saves you premiums but your agent doesn’t offer up that, you know you are dealing with a poor service company. Finally, when you cancel your insurance, as I did to move it to another company, and nobody from the cancelled company ever asks «how could we have served you better», you know you are not dealing with a quality service company. Does this company survive on churn?

Every time I see Joanna in person I politely giggle and think I am meeting Allison Janney. ;-)
