Hello, I am Jedediah Thacker, the owner and operator of Proactive pest & Weed Control. I have been working in the pest control industry for over a decade in areas including Austin Texas, Riverside California, and Charlotte North Carolina. I am originally from Farmington New Mexico. I am married to Aleta Thacker and we currently have 4 children ranging in age from 1^st grade down to a new born! While I currently have a small team of both full and part time staff, I like to be hands on with my company so I am most often the person who answers the phone when you call and I am often the one who shows up to perform the actual service. After 5 years in business and several hundred regular customers later I am proud that I can say that I know nearly all of my customers by name & by face. I know who keeps me in business. I am in the service industry and customer satisfaction is my top priority! I have never encountered a bug problem that I have not been able to resolve! Call me!
