Established in 1987.

With extensive experience in providing photography, video, flowers and entertainment, Make An Impression changed the store model to assisting with party planning and designing invitations, theme centerpieces and other décor enhancements but still shares the unsurpassed experience to act as a guide before and during the party.

Business Owner

Stacy Lawrence, has one of the most extensive resumes in the party-​planning world. She previously owned photography, video & entertainment companies which gives her a true insider’s understanding of the planning stage and managing expectations and making sure vendors execute properly on the day of the party, acting as the eyes and ears of the hosts so they can be comfortable enough to enjoy being with their guests.

«Besides my experience, I run the store differently than most other retailers which is being open by appointment,» Lawrence reflected. «I often am with customers on weekends and late evenings which may not make my husband happy but my clients love it. I am very sensitive to staying within budgets but have over-​the-​top ideas too.»

Stacy has been featured in a special section of USA Today along with celebrity party planner David Tutera.

She recently won Jewish Standard’s Reader’s Choice Award For Best Party Planner and her store has over 100 5 Star reviews on Google & Yaho
