Paul Chase is the nicest guy ever, really. He’s done a lot of work for us in the past, but takes FOREVER to return calls, is never in a hurry to do the work, and it takes weeks or months (not kidding!) if you ever get a response at all.
Perhaps he’s retired? If you’re lucky enough to have him work on your slate, clay tile (or other) roof, you’ll probably be very satisfied.
I really wish he could be our roofing guy — did quality flashings to our slate roof 10 years ago, and some copper downspouts another time.
