All About You Catering & Chef Services

I hate to leave one-​star reviews because I understand online reviews have a lot of impact on potential customers. I try to offer the most honest and unbiased feedback as possible — and only go off of my personal experiences.
I used the EZcater website to order for a client in Portage, IN. I am in Pittsburgh and needed to provide a lunch for a client out there. I made the rookie mistake of not researching the caterer provided on my own, but now I sure wish I had done so.
Unfortunately, I work for a 3^rd party company and I don’t receive client feedback until much after their event/​meeting. I wish I would have known how unsatisfied they were with their lunches from All About You, because I would have scrambled to get something to fix it. But it is in the past now and all I can do is apologize and do better next time. I ask my client —
Q: was the food on time? was there enough? and did it taste good?
A: yes it was on time. there was plenty (because nobody wanted it). it was bland, flavorless, unexciting, chicken was pink in the center. Please don’t ever use them again. Most unappetizing meal thus far with you planning our events.
I hate to knock a business and belittle them online, but I hate even more when a caterer I am trusting to provide for my client, drops the ball and in turn, makes me look bad. the EZcater service was fantastic, however the catering itself was, from what I hear; god-​awful. I wouldn’t recommend and I regret even using them in the first place. Very embarrassing.
