I am super happy with the end product this gentleman has done for me. He really knows what he is talking about, and does his stuff for a reasonable price! Have not got the complete system in yet, but will be coming back for sure soon!

Phillip needs to learn about customer service. He is very rude and thinks his way is the right way.
Doesn’t care about what YOU want and only recommends what will work is what he suggests. ($ 900-​$ 1200 system)
I understand he owns a business and needs to make money, but rather hit a home run every time and try and get $ 1000 off each customer he should accommodate to customers needs and I’m sure he’d have more repeat/​new customers instead of ppl leaving in annoyance with his arrogance.
He does quality work but you have to endure him, which in my opinion isn’t worth it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We are in the process of purchasing a GMC Acadia. Each one we have it narrowed down to does not come with navigation and the dealership told us we cannot add an aftermarket navigation system. They said the maker is trying to push people to use their phones because they don’t have to be updated the way maps do. We really love these cars and would like to purchase one but navigation is so huge in our daily lives that I don’t want to have to be messing around typing addresses in my phone while trying to drive. I googled Fort Worth Car Audio and the Unilocal listings popped up so I skimmed over them and Pro Audio Concepts popped out at me and though it had few reviews the one I did read seemed great so I called and explained the situation to the guy who answered. He gave me some vague answers and said he couldn’t give me any quotes. I explained I just was looking for a ballpark idea like is this a $ 1500 thing? a $ 5000 thing? so that we could see whether proceeding with this car would work for us or if we need to look to another model. He said he wasn’t trying to skirt around the price but he was at lunch and wasn’t in front of his computer. Fair enough. I asked one more question about whether the unit he was talking about worked off of voice commands and he said no you have to type it in and then very rudely said I gotta go I’m at lunch and I’m being rude to my guest and hung up. Listen if you own a business and are in the middle of something I think any customer would understand if you take down their info and tell them you will get back to them later but to act like I’m inconveniencing you because I’m trying to inquire about YOUR services not only ensures that I will never come to your place of business for any services but I will make sure I let anyone who will listen know all about how much your customer service lacks. Maybe consider hiring a receptionist to field the calls if you aren’t a people person.

This gentleman knows his stuff.
The first car that he did for me was a 1978 Corvette Silver Anniversary edition. The work was first class. The Corvette doesn’t have any mid range in the front of the car. So you custom-​built from wood and fiberglass, kick panels with midrange speakers. New pioneer head unit, X2– 10 inch sub woofer’s, nice amp. He did some ambient lighting under the dash, and around the amps and subwoofers. State-​of-​the-​art security system.
The best and most used feature is the adjustable gain on the subwoofer, just below the steering wheel.
When you’re kicking the base, the hair on your head moves. The sound quality is the best I’ve ever heard, in an automobile.
Now, he’s designing a system for my 2013 Cobra Mustang. Going to use my iPad in the dash.
