Business Description: With a partner who has 25 years of construction; remodeling; and renovation work, our company can offer a wide variety of services which include, but is not limited to: Electrical; plumbing; carpentry; drywall; painting (interior & exterior; flooring (wood; vinyl; tile; slate); Sub-​flooring; Window removal & installation; Shed & Garage Builds; Etc. We offer services at affordable rates and generally bid on a proposal basis, however for small projects, our going rate is $ 65 per hour. We can provide materials or you can provide materials depending on the project. We will bid a proposal to include all labor and material as we need to coordinate all processes. We have customers who are more than happy to share their experience in dealing with our company. My name is: Israel Cruz

Born in: Morelos Mexico

In Maintenance field for over 20+ years, started as Electrician in a 5 Stars Luxury hotel in Mexico, plus some remodeling.

When I became to USA I start Working on Industrial Company that build Yamaha and Panasonic speakers, my position for the first week was general labor, but that position was so hard because I was in a production line, and the machinist operator try to make me quit, because he think that I was unable to handle the job, he apply more speed to the machine so I can drop the material, and get fire from the manager.

But I was on top of that, and a soon I find out that the company was looking for a Industrial Maintenance technician, I just request to the manager that position,

At the beginning he tell me that I wasn’t capable to perform

That job, but I was so persistent that I ask him to let me try and show what I was able to do it. I Start with repairs of all hand tools first and the with electrical work.
