The quote process went smoothly and we have had nothing but problems and excuses since. I would recommend you go with a different fence company. They want to leave a gap in our fence and installed our gate backwards.

Don’t. Stay away. It is not the company it once was. Steep prices, poor communication, steep prices, inconsistent, and did I mention steep prices? Call around, get better rates at other established businesses. I sure did and am currently enjoying a top quality fence at a very competitive price.

We had All Counties come out and give us a quote for a vinyl privacy fence and we liked the price and the product so we scheduled them. Their guys came out and did a great job installing the fence and so far the fence looks great. I have read the reviews here and it seems to be mixed, maybe things are turning around at the company, or maybe I just got lucky, either way I will refer anyone to All Counties and would definitely use them again.

This company was formerly called Acrey Fencing when I had my Vinyl fence installed and they told me that the fence had a lifetime warranty but when I called them about the fence fading within a year they told me that the fading was normal but how could that be after only a year needless to say they did nothing about it so they do not stand behind their products so I would NOT recommend them for anything.

Chris came out on Tues. to give an estimate to repair a wrought iron/​used brick fence a drunk driver drove through. He took 2 pictures, no measurements, and said he would email the price. On Friday, I called the office asking if he had completed the bid. Office said he wasn’t in at the time, would call him, and call me back. This is Monday afternoon, still nothing.
In reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern for them, They either had 5 stars or 1 star. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

All Counties Fence and Supply came to my rescue when my neighbor’s construction project required modification to our wood fence. Their knowledge and ability to match the existing fence was superb. Their price also led me to replace several additional panels with water damage. I had complete confidence in them and didn’t bother taking time off to be there while the work was being done. The completed project has superior craftsmanship and there were no signs they were there except for an awesome, fully restored fence. All Counties Fence and Supply surpassed my high expectations — they’re true professionals and highly recommended!

Had All Counties install a full perimeter 6 Ft. vinyl fence on our Corona home. They were quick to bid at a fair price. During the process Bob and their crews met every commitment and arrived as promised, finished on time, and cleaned up afterwards. The project was done in just a few days and is of top quality.

I’ve been very skeptical of contractors lately but was very impressed with All counties fence and supply. I met with Bob, very friendly and blunt. They began and finished the same day, no mess or trash left as noted in previous reviews. Workers were very friendly.

All Counties Fence and Supply installed a vinyl fence on one side of our property. They were quick and did a fantastic job. We get compliments on how beautiful our fence looks all the time. They were extremely professional.

I had a wooden fence installed by their predecessor, Acrey Fence, years ago, and it was great. I needed to get a section repaired — one metal pole replaced and the section of wood rebuilt. I called on a Monday morning, and was told they’d call me back to set an appointment time. By Thursday, I had heard nothing, so called them back, and they said they’d get back to me later in the day. Friday, still nothing. On the next Monday, they finally called back, and came out to look at the job. Quick measurement and assessment of the job, and he was gone, stating I’d get an email with the quote. That was a week and a half ago, and I’ve received nothing. Complete waste of my time, with a section of my fence down, when I could have simply called anyone else who would gladly take my money.

On January 29^th & 30^th, 2015 we had All Counties Fence install a 6′ vinyl fence on 3 sides of our yard. We are happy with the quality of the fence and how quickly the job was done as well as the price, however my wife and I, (we’re in our 80’s), we not prepared for the extensive amount of work we had to do to get our yard almost back into the condition it was in prior to the work starting.
The dirt that was dug up for the posts was thrown on top of flowers, plants and the lawn and it was then trampled down until it was quite solid. It took a lot of work to get the dirt off of the grass so the grass could grow. Many of my wife’s flowers were buried under the dirt and subsequently have been lost.
We also had to pick up numerous cigarette butts, (we’re non-​smokers), from the flower beds and lawn. We found 3 cigarette butts in a pile of dry leaves under a very dry shrub and I’m quite surprised that there wasn’t a fire.
After the crew finished the job and left I noted that one section of the fence had not been done to my liking.
On February 7, 2015 I mailed a letter to the General Manager, Chris Barrett, regarding the above and stated that I would appreciate hearing from him in regards to these matters. As of the date of this entry Mr. Barrett has not had the courtesy to respond to my letter, either by telephone or mail.
If you plan on having a fence installed be prepared to do quite a bit of wrok afterwards to get your yard back in the shape it was in before the fence was installed.

Approximately November/​December 2014 I took off work and met the manager, Chris, at my home. He and I resolved the issue. He said he was going to make this situation right no matter what. He offered me a fair compromise, and both sets of my gates are in perfect working order once again and look great! Thanks!

Used them last month for a white vinyl fence to replace our old wood one. My neighbor found this company and got us a really good quote compared to others.
Quality was good and the workers were friendly.

We wanted to replace the wood fencing on three sides of our property. We checked on Angie’s List for a top rated fencing company. «All Counties Fence & Supply» (in Riverside, Ca.) was rated very high. We called Rick Cavazos and he came out to our house and gave us a great bid and he had lots of good ideas that would improve the look of the new vinyl fence compared to the old wood fence. The crew headed by Edwardo showed up right on schedule and three days later we had a work of art. The new vinyl fence is built solid and beautiful. Rick honored the great bid and we are so happy with everyone involved in creating this work of art. Thank you All Counties Fence & Supply, Rick, Edwardo, and crew. You are the best. Very professional. Upfront and friendly. Estimate was very reasonable. Work was done when promised. Quality of work was great! Will use them for future fencing needs.

We’ve used All County Fence & Supply Company for a couple of projects on our property. Their prices are competitive, and their work is top quality.
Like most fencing companies, they tend to be very busy, which means you may wait at least a week to schedule the work you need completed.

I just had an appointment cancelled by All County Fence because they have inventory. So does that mean that inventory is better than a paying customer? I work for a company that also takes inventory and the business does not stop because of inventory. Customer service is always first. All county should try it. Just like a previous reviewer said, it appears that they don’t like money. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I called All Counties Fence about two weeks ago and arranged for an estimate. My work schedule is crazy so I had to leave work a few hours early to meet the guy doing the estimate. It was scheduled for 4pm. They no show /​no called me. A day or two later, their office called me and asked if I was still interested in setting up an appointment. She did not even realize they missed it. I told her what happened and she found the appointment in their system. She apologized and asked to set another time. So I picked the only day I’m off during the week. I waited around the house and about 5 minutes before the meet time, a guy calls. He says, «Something came up and we cannot make it. Would you like to reschedule?» Obviously I said no thanks.
I understand that things happen, but if you no show /​no call an appointment, you had BETTER be punctual next time. I’m sure this is a great company and they do good work, but come on man! I just want my fence replaced and I will pay you to do it!!! Maybe they hate money?

We had All Counties Fence come out when we first bought our house to replace an older wooden fence that had been neglected and was falling down. They came out immediately and gave us an estimate for the cedar fence and came out quickly to put it up.
The fence itself is sturdy, but the overall look of it appears to be less than the quality that I think that we paid for — there are nails sticking out of the wood (we went through with a hammer ourselves to make it safer), the fence is not the 6′ height that we requested and it did not match up to the existing fence as we were explained that it would.
A few months later, we thought that we would give them another chance and we attempted to call All Counties out to our house again to see if they could give us an estimate on the next section of adjoining fence (at least it would all match). Though we called several times and they stated that they would call us back (and did not) or just did not show up to our house at the appointed time, we felt that they were not a reliable business and not an entity that we would want to work with.
Also, this is not the first review from us regarding All Counties, my boyfriend also reviewed this — his review was filtered out by Unilocal.I’m not sure why an honest review was removed from the public eye…
