Apex Mobile Auto Detailing

Michael and David cleaned, detailed, polished, and waxed my 2015 Maserati Grantursimo, Chrysler 300C, and Chevy Equinox today. I’d be hard pressed to say I could find a piece of dirt on any of the cars after. The 300C had some hard water damage, which is usually tough to fix … they did an awesome job and you would never know there were any water spots on the vehicle at all. The 300C is 10 years old, and is a daily driver; after the work they did you’d think I had it garaged and was a weekend-​only vehicle. Literally years were melted away. The Chevy looks like it just rolled off the showroom, and the Maserati looks … bellissimo. I’m definitely not an effusive guy but the work they did was top-​notch, professional, and very fair-​priced. In all the years on the internet, I think this is the second review I’ve ever written. OUTSTANDING work.

I just had my service done this morning. This is the first time I have ever had my car detailed and chose Apex because of the excellent reviews. Michael was right on time and very professional. He had my car completed in less time than expected and did an outstanding job. Compared to other quotes I received, Apex is quite reasonably priced, especially considering the level of customer service and considering that they come to you. I would definitely recommend using Apex.

After doing some research, I decided on using Apex for my 2011 Chevy Traverse. This car was used for the last year and a half by my teenage daughter until she saved enough to buy her own car. In case you don’t know, teenage daughters and apparently some of their friends are horrible slobs! That being said, I would say my car was in a state of severe neglect. Makeup, candy, dirt, french fries, hair, and various spilled sticky substances (Starbucks?) were everywhere. David was a great communicator from my first inquiry sent thru Unilocal’s message system to our goodbye after the job was completed. I am a self-​proclaimed picky person. I know that I am hard to please. I just can’t stand paying for a job only to find myself touching up the things that aren’t to my satisfaction afterwards. This did NOT happen with David and Apex. I was extremely pleased with my car but especially with the stain removal he was able to do on the cloth seats and carpet. This car is going up for sale and I know I will get a much better price because of Apex!

My car desperately needed a really good detail after my dog decided to jump in a mud puddle before getting into my car. I had mud and dog fur everywhere. I should have taken before pictures of how bad it was. This guy came to my rescue! He seriously did the most impeccable job on my car it looks like new! (It’s 2yrs old btw) he even got some scratches off my front bumper that I thought would be impossible to get out. I could not be happier with the service and quality of the work and that he really took his time. I will definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future!

I have a 2012 Mazda which had very nasty stains on the seats and in general needed a major wash and detail! I came across Apex and saw all the positive reviews! At first I was a bit iffy, but after calling and booking an appointment a week ahead, Mike came down and worked his magic! My car looks brand spanking new!!! You will not be disappointed. I defiantly will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again Mike and David!

BEST around!!! I have been sick and tired of paying high dollar for a so called «detail» just to find myself still doing finishing touches here and there. When you pay that kind of money for a detail you should get the very best and with Chris at Apex, that is exactly what you get! Meticulous and professional. A young man named MIKE came out to detail my wife’s car, I got her this as a Christmas gift. He was very pleasant, on time and did a GREAT JOB ! I recommend this service

I called to get an appt for Saturday and was scheduled for 9am. The detailer arrived on time and ws very nice. Asked what my concerns were and I showed him which in my case truck had overspray or something all over it from before I bought it used. I was asked to check progress about half way through and again at the end. The before detail the pain was rough and not smooth at all, after the clay bar and wax the finish was like glass. I will use again for this truck and for my other cars soon.

After camping at the beach, including packing up the last day during the middle of an amazing lightning storm and pouring rain, which drenched us and made everything we packed wet, my car needed help. Sand everywhere, spills from the trip, that damp, musty car smell, and it wasn’t spotless before camping either!
Chris to the rescue! He got to my house on time, actually called to ask if he could start early, and promptly got busy on a huge task, my 2006 Expedition. He was super nice, and he spent about 5 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of my beast. When he was done, he asked me to look it over and let him know if it was okay or if there was anything he missed. And as I looked, I could not stop smiling at how amazingly clean and fresh smelling my car was, like new!
Call them now! It will be so worth it! Great work!

I called Apex for an auto detail on Thursday afternoon and was surprised they had Friday at 9 available. Let me start by saying my car was filthy, the inside hadn’t been cleaned since December and the outside maybe 5 trips through a gas station auto wash in that period. Friday morning came and Chris my detailer called and was able to come 30 minutes early which was great. Chris was very professional and nice to my dog and 4 week old baby which was important to me. Chris periodically asked me to check his progress which was great. I have a feeling that another company might just want to finish the job and slip out maybe leaving less than stellar results. Chris finished after about 5 hours. My car was spotless. I only got the basic detail and it couldn’t have been cleaner. I will definitely use them again due to the integrity exhibited from start to finish.

Super pleased with the job done on our car! Immaculate, inside and out. There was a lot of Utah red dirt from vacation, and every crevice was cleaned. Highly recommend Apex Auto Detailing. Chris was thorough and professional. Very friendly young man.

My car looks fantastic! It was in embarrassing shape with two kids a busy life and some (a lot) of neglect. My car now looks brand new! Even the set in stains from old cereal came out! Talked to David but he sent another guy named Chris he was actually early to the appointment which turned out to be good super detailed on my BMW that hasn’t been detailed in over 3 years I would definitely recommend them

I spoke to David a few weeks before and he helped me out explained everything that could be done. We set up an appointment and was set. The Chris came out introduced himself, he was humble and respectful and immediately started his work. He was detailed left my interior looking good for a light vacuum. The exterior of the car was amazing and he left it looking great. Apex Detailing is very great small business. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The customer service is impeccable. David is very through and professional and when he say his work is guranteed, he means it.
David read my previous review and was determined to fix the issues. Chris came out a couple days later and polished my car, removed the adhesive from my windshield, and cleaned my windows. All in all my car looks great, except there are a few places where the polish wasn’t completely removed. David offered to have Chris come out and remove it, which is greatly appreciated, but a little elbow grease can take care of it.

After reading Davids response to my one star review, I decided to call and speak to David about our situation. We spoke at length and I decided to give Apex Mobile another chance. I’m really glad I did. Chris came out and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. He did an amazing job on my Volkswagen Beetle. Even though Apex specializes in interior detailing, Chris did a great job on the outside detail as well! I did have scratches that were not able to be removed but David and Chris both explained the process and Chris showed me that they were not going to be removed without a whole other process that I didn’t want to do. I didn’t want to go to that extreme but Chris did great at the waxing and it looks so much better.
I learned a big lesson from this whole situation. I never stopped to think of why David didn’t return my phone call, just that he didn’t! He could have had a lot of things going on in his life that would warrant him not to call back promptly. After we spoke, I think we both learned a lesson and I will continue to use them in the future and refer them to my clients and friends!

The owner went above and beyond what I would ever expect in order to answer my girlfriend’s questions, accommodate our schedules, and show pride in his work. My car never looked newer, and they did such a great wax job that the water still beads on my car (6 months later, with regular washes of course)!
