Arlington Self Storage is managed exclusively by StorAmerica, which specializes as a full service self-​storage property management company. We manage self-​storage properties and mixed-​use retail locations throughout California and Arizona. We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor storage units for commercial and personal use, including RV, vehicle and boat storage.

Upon move-​in at each of our locations, to supply you with convenience and ease of moving, we offer a free move-​in truck. The truck comes with a dolly, moving blankets, and we also provide free gas for you as a thank you for storing with us.

We agree that moving belongings can be frustrating and tedious, but StorAmerica prides our self with excellent customer service making your transition as easy and as smooth as possible.

Need some moving help? Our friendly and helpful managers can recommend some of the best moving companies that we work with and they have great prices. Some will even drive our truck for you!

Each of our locations are well lit, utilize security cameras, have digital gate access and each location participates with the International Crime Free Program. This way you can rest assured your belongings are safe.

History

Established in 1999.

Guardian Storage Centers, a private owned company owns or manages 50 storage facilities throughout Southern California and Arizona. We service the following counties including: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Orange County, San Bernardino and Maricopa County in Arizona. Since 1999, we have partnered with various schools and companies, such as the Mind Institute, for events that include lending out our truck, free storage, etc., all of which assist our community. More recently we have partnered with All Green Electronics, an e-​waste company which recycles home and commercial electronics, which is a service we provide free to our customers.

All properties are managed in-​house by StorAmerica Management, a subsidiary of Guardian Storage Centers. Currently Guardian/​StorAmerica has more than 115 employees and looks to expand further giving the opportunity to create more jobs, bringing more people into the Guardian/​StorAmerica family.
