Went into AT&T to try to figure out why I didn’t have any service, they were helpless!!! All I wanted was to change the phone since it wasn’t the SIM card but they couldn’t even help me. It seriously has been the worst service worst part was that I’ve only had the phone for 5 days & they couldn’t even help very disappointed with this location!

Went here to upgrade two of my three phones, The person who helped us did not seem very knowledgeable about how to process upgrades. I inquired to make sure that my unlimited data plan line would not be changed. I was assured that the plan would remain unchanged. Low and behold I received an email that I was over limit on my data plan. When I contacted AT&T they said that the store changed my data plan, even after I told them not to! DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE — -THEY DONOTKNOWHOWTOPROCESSUPGRADESCORRECTLY! I sincerely hope this problem can be corrected. Right now it is unclear…

I am here now and have had good experience so far. I feel bad for these guys since this super rude lady named J. Soloman or whatever was so disrespectful to these poor guys for no reason when they did nothing but try to help her. We got here around 10 but with 4 phones it will be a while. Jesse and Al were super nice and helpful to everyone in here even with the longer wait caused by us. Thanks and sorry guys, don’t let grouchy people like that get you down.
