Really if you want business you need more then one person in the rental office. You tell me you have to show and apartment so I have to step out the office and wait outside because u have to lock the office ??? I don’t think so. Poor poor service. Not worth it!!! You get no stars from me I will be calling corporate.

Searching the area for a place to live I stopped by to check out the floor plans. Immediately getting out if the car the leasing consultant approached me to let me know staffing is short and return later. Ok fine that works.
My time is valuable. This place actually values your time. Frankie the leasing consultant is awesome and a pleasure to work with.
The apartments from the outside are some of the nicest in the area.

This complex deserve no stars the Serivce is horrible I never had an issue when applying for apartments this place still have yet to return my $ 100 hold its been over a month the manager Alyssa is unprofessional she feel like she don’t have to call no one back and the guy Frankie he has no clue on what’s go on so now I will have my attorney get involved this complex I will never recommend to anybody. The corporate office don’t care like what type of business you running.

If there were negative stars that’s what I would give. This place is all about money and does not care about their tenants. Maintenance takes their time coming over to fix minor issues, management acts like they can’t handle anything themselves, and rent is way to expensive for how small living space is. And don’t expect to get your deposit back along with a hefty bill added to it for ridiculous fees.

By far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The complex is kept extremely clean and the staff is great! Whenever there was an issue they were extremely prompt. Frankie in the front office was always great to work with. I highly recommend this complex.
