3^rd generation building contractor. Grandfather started as a carpenter from a horse drawn buggy in 1908 on a farm in North Dakota. My Father was a building contractor and rancher who raised registered quarter horses for sale on a 880 acre parcel outside of Bismarck, North Dakota. As the youngest son of 6, I became a Licensed Building, Engineering and Plumbing contactor when I moved to California in 2008 from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. My 26 years in South Florida witnessed first hand the devastation of over 17 major hurricanes.
