My Altima had stalling out issues, so here where the stress and How much? anxieties kick in. I found them on google and set up an appointment with William, very nice and helpful. I sat in the waiting room. which was very comfortable with a big screen TV, vending machines, leather couches, and pool tables. I eventually received a Maintenance report text. very convenient. My car issue wasn’t solved that day, after all the diagnostics tests performed. However; William suggested the problem can still arise. so we’ll give it a day. Next step was renting a car, which was another group of helpful people. Enterprise. My car was eventually diagnosed for faulty wiring from engine to battery, problem fixed, prices reasonable and left completely satisfied. Thank you CSAI.

I have been going here for about 5 to 6 yrs. I NEED you to understand when I say, they are FAIR, DIRECT, and extremely HONEST. As a husband and father, I’m proud to send my wife and my daughter here. They have been treated with RESPECT, and the mechanics take them back to their car and explain what when wrong with their car… Any man should feel good to have the ladies in their family go here.
They give awesome service, and their attention to detail is second to none. I have been going here so long that they feel like family. They are AAA certified for a reason. So far I have been very impressed with their customer service and prices.
Ladies feel safe it’s Owned and managed by a husband and wife TEAM… and she will make sure women are treated professionally and fair at all times…
I could go on and on, but everyone one of my wife’s friends now go here, and they’re very pleased…
Do yourself a favor, get it done RIGHT the first time, and save yourself the heartache and some money…

These people did something to my husband’s truck to cause it to run worse than what it did when brought here. A lady in charge by the name of Patricia told my husband to have the truck towed back down here being that when we got the truck home last night and it wouldn’t start. This Patricia lady assured my husband that she would pay for the towing and make sure the truck was in working order. Before bringing the truck back down my husband called Patricia who in turn assured my husband that she would be responsible for the towing fees. Well when we get here with the truck another man by the name of well he said he was the owner and he didn’t agree to what Patricia had originally told him. To make a long story short they don’t want to pay for the towing nor do they want to fix their f, k up as what was originally stated. I am getting an attorney and reporting these scam artist to the better business Bureau for their shady dealings. I do not recommend this place to no one.
As far as your comment Jonathan, you never inspected my husband’s starter so it looks like you still lying. You are an excellent liar but you can’t get out of the horrible service you provided, you guys screwed up my husband’s starter deliberately in hopes to get more money out of him for something you guys screwed up. You screwed up the bolts on the starter and you refuse to take responsibility for
husband stated to you he replaces his own starters he’s good at that, your workers broke the bolt off on his srarter, then you throw out a scenario that someone may have come by in the night to steal the starter and broke the bolt… how absurd is that. You’re a liar and a crook just face the facts. But guess what? God don’t like ugly and He’s watching. As far as the tow you should have paid for it because lying ass Patricia said that the towing would be paid by your facility. The truck was there for 4 days with no issue with the starter. There’s nothing you can say because you are a liar and a cook and you give horrible service. Again I would not recommend these crooks.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT GOR THIS LOCATION… SORRY, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO REMOVE… These guys are awesome and upfront with you. I took my car in for a smog and because my engine light was on the guy, who I believe is the owner, told me what would happen if he did my smog like that, which other locations would not have said anything. The owner explained everything to me and helped me get my smog done the right way. They did not try to take my money knowing it wouldn’t have passed and being a woman, most men or other locations would have took advantage of that and took my money. I followed the man’s simple advice and got my smog done quick. They are awesome!!! My girls and I also got to sit in the office and watch TV while it was being done. Very nice office.

My husband’s truck broke down on the way to work one night. We were not close enough to our usual repair facility so had to be towed here at AAA’s recommendation.
Well, CSAI did not disappoint. Although it took overnight to get all the parts to complete the job, the truck has been running great and all is well. The pricing seemed very fair and the service was excellent. The shop is clean, as is the office and waiting area. Patricia even texted a couple of days later to make sure everything was as we expected. I feel very comfortable recommending CSAI for your automotive repairs.

Very friendly and Proffessional I also got a text with in 5min of them finishing my smog check with my full smog check repost. Nice surprise was not expecting that. Great please will definitely come here to do my smog checks every time.

When you have been in business as long as these guys have It tells you everything you need to know. My family has been taking there cars their for years very knowledgeable staff and priced better then the dealers. THX FOREIGN AUTO TECH!

Great guys, fast and knowledgeable new more about my problem child (2000 VW Beetle) than anyone else I’ve been to plus very reasonable price for only $ 35 for a smog Check.

Excellent service, very professional and honest. Johnathan and Patricia are heaven sent. They treat their customers like family. Offering a cold drink to providing a ride home and picking us up when our vehicle was done. Jonathan will go above and beyond to ensure that your vehicle is repaired correctly. Very bad. They found one problem then charged for it. Before they repaired it, they found another problem and charged again, then they found a third problem and wanted to charge for it. I said stop, no more money for this bottomless hole.

So glad I found this place! Fast, friendly, honest, and inexpensive compared to other smog tests. They are STAR certified and also do repairs.
Patricia, at the desk, is really nice, too, which is refreshing :-)

Jonathan and Mrs. Patricia are great, their service is beyond anything that I have received in a very long time. I got in and out in record time, which is fantastic when you have little kids with you.

Sitting in their waiting room now. Manager came in to offer all of us waiting something to drink. Very courteous, professional, and helpful.

Generally a nice place to have your cars repaired. Highly reliable. BTW, Jonathan is as awesome as he always is~!

This place is horrible when it comes to time. They take for ever and never meet there promise time. They also leave oil finger prints all over my Car and it’s impossible to drive in or out! They don’t top off your Car fluids and don’t do all the little things they promise. Management is a mess totally un professional!!!

THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I have tried to find every site possible to write a good review on for them… Every one is professional and super friendly. Me, my husband, and 10 month old son broke down and we didn’t know where we were or any body in town. I was stressed and worried about waiting so long with my son but they made us feel comfortable and at home, checked in on us and made sure my son was ok. They have the best waiting area ive ever been in at a mechanics. I cant say enough good things about them and will definitely refer friends if they are in the area. on top of everything they are reasonably priced and tell you everything they will be working on. Amazing service!

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen better service at a repair shop. Excellent experience all the way through with everyone employed there. A little bit hard to find from the road, but very well worth it.

This place is great I always get my Benz serviced here instead of Benz dealer. The owners are great people I know them personally. I also went to school here for my smog license. I recommend this place to everyone I know

Nice people. My brother had his car services and smogged there. The car was out of state. My brother was leaving the country and he left it to me to sell, in norcal.
I first registered it in california, and the dmv kept the smog results. Then when i needed the smog certificate to sell the car, i didnt have it! I called CSAI and they spent a lot of time looking through boxes of paper archives to find the smog results an send them to me.

Great service and a hospitable staff.
The service was efficient — I came in during the afternoon and was out by evening. Waiting room was comfortable with a couch, chairs and a big TV. I will be back here if I ever need car repairs in the Riverside area.
Highly recommended.
