I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for them!
I’ve been coming here since 2008 I believe, however since I had Lasik it’s not as frequent. Dr. Jansen has always been great, my appointment time was always held (within 5 – 10 minutes), I never felt rushed during my exam, and my Rx always seemed to be right. Their selection of glasses is amazing, they even have some fancy high end frames. If they don’t have what you want, they have no problem ordering it for you. (Found a pair of glasses I liked at Costco but wanted to give my business to Dr. Jansen and it was no problem)
They’ve also never rushed me in picking out a pair of frames and were helpful in telling me which frames would work for my face shape. However, I could never get the cute thin frames because my lenses were so damn thick! Not anymore! I’m going back in soon for a pair of petite frames, I don’t need an Rx but I need driving glasses for night because Lasik left me more sensitive to light. Oh well, it’s still better than having to wear glasses and contacts!

This office is entirely unprofessional. I received an invoice in the mail 7 months after my appointment (which I paid for day of). When I called to ask about said invoice they insisted that I was told to come back for a follow-​up (which never was relayed to me) and due to never having gone back that’s what I was being charged for. It’s unacceptable to be charged for an appointment I never scheduled, let alone went to. When I voiced my displeasure the receptionist stated they would talk to the Dr. about the situation and see if the fee could be waived or dismissed. 9 days pass without contact, when I call back apparently the receptionist I originally spoke with wasn’t available but «left me a message letting me know the Dr. reduced the bill by $ 15». Even with the «generous» reduction I still would have to pay $ 75 dollars for an appointment I never made or was told to make. I wouldn’t give such an establishment my business ever again, I suggest you find a different Optometrist.

Went to see Dr. Iwata for the first time. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Gave me a probable solution to a problem I’ve had for years. Front office and techs friendly and personable. Highly recommended.

I would not trust anyone with the care of me and my family’s vision needs the Dr Jansen. In a day and age when doctors rush you in and out dr Jansen takes time to listen to my families concerns and spent extra time with my grandfather who can be difficult to say the least. I will continue to rely on dr Jansen for all my visual needs. Would give a six star review if I could!

Great Doctor… The staff are amazing and very helpful, I have been taking my son there for 3 years now and till this day they have been very nice. They make my son feel very welcome and comfortable.

I will never go to this office again. I took my son for an appt this morning and the lack of communication by the front desk girls and the doctors is ridiculous. First we get there and we are sitting there watching the two doctors stand in there and have conversations while there are patients waiting. Then we go in to see the doc and she has no idea about what we are there for. I told the girl answering the phone that we were coming in to get contacts. She never tells the doc and the doc is telling us to go pick out frames. Why is this an issue? Because I took time off of work just for them to tell me that I have to take two additional days to come back for him to get his contacts because the doc had already diulated his pupils. Had the useless girls at the front desk told me before hand what the procedure for contacts was and communicated to the doc what we were coming in there for we wouldn’t have had any issues. I don’t like the new staff at all. They need to fire those trade school girls and get someone that understands that part of their job is communicating!

Friendly and professional staff, have been going for years and dot expect to go anywhere else! I’m a bit far from them, but they are worth the drive!

The best place ever. i really love the staff everyone is so nice i have been going to them since high school and now my daughter goes to them. they doctor is very kind and helps answers any questions i have awsome place!

I cannot say enough good things about this optometrist. The entire office is so friendly and helpful. They helped me fix my old pair of glasses, gave me a deal on some new ones and set me up with contacts. A++++++

I find this office to be customer friendly. I have continued to go to this place because of the staff and the choice of optometrists. Although there has been a turn over since Dr. Hensley left, Dr Jensen has done a fantastic job in selecting his counterparts. I have a full confidence that anyone will be well taken cared of. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you

My doctor in Corona left without giving me a notice. I thought she was great until I found Dr. Jansen and his staff. I went to ALL the offices in Corona only to find that they either were extremely overpriced or did not have a nice enough selection of frames for my whole family.
I found Dr. Jansen’s office through the telephone book. As soon as I walked into their office I knew that we would be well taken care of.
Dr. Jansen and his staff did a thorough exam on all three of us. Our glasses turned out perfectly.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Jamie, Jeanette, Maria and Angela. We have had two emergencies with my daughters glasses in this past year and they have come to our rescue quickly and efficiently.
Without going into details Dr. Jansen is extremely honest.

I used to see Dr. Hensley, but he left and now I see a new doctor there. He’s also very thorough, explains a lot, and is kinda funny.

You can’t go wrong with Dr. Jansen and Dr. Hensley. I have seen both doctors, and I have found them to be kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. There is a reason why this office has been around for 25 years – they know what they’re doing, and they make their patients feel cared for!
