Chem-Dry of Riverside & San Bernardino

I paid for the deal on Amazon, which was a reduced price. just two weeks out and the spots are back again so don’t waste your time or money. Mallon and Jacobs gave me an estimate of $ 200, when I told them it was an amazon deal they were not happy. NOT A GOOD DEAL!

Well, sort of a mixed review. I purchased a Groupon for Chem-​Dry and as usual you MUST read the fine print… The Groupon was 3 rooms up to 750 sqft but not either or. So if your 3 rooms are 200 sqft total that’s all you get! I scheduled the clean which was very professional and organized albeit a few weeks out… Unfortunately when that day came I got called to a meeting at work and if cancelled less than 48 hours, you lose your money, again the fine print… I had a chance to possibly still make the appt and called back to let Chem-​Dry know that if they could give me a rough time frame as to when the crew would be there, I may be able to make it. They said no problem, we will call you when dispatch knows the time. No call, so i called again. Once again they reiterated the same message that they would call and give me a 30 – 40 minute window. Again no call and finally a call comes through and this operator says, the crew will be at your house in 10 – 15 minutes! What the heck?! I bought some time and did 90 mph to get to my house and barely made it! The two technicians that showed up (Jon & Carlos) were very professional and organized (and of course pitched the extra sevices) but did a great job, were in ‘n out in a jiff and made up for the chaotic appointment. Morale of the story: Read the fine print, take the whole day off, and know what you get for your money.
