Cotton On

They have cute/​trendy baby and children’s clothing. Very affordable especially when there is a sale. There was only one employee working the floor on a weekday (Thursday). However, she was hustling and kept the store tidy while making sure she greeted and offered assistance to every customer. She was extremely helpful.
Another note… sizes run big but everything is 100% cotton therefore will shrink.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a shirt and it fell apart the first time I washed it. When I tried to exchange it I was told that because I had worn it I could not exchange it. The garment was obviously defective and they would do nothing about it. I will never shop there again and will tell my daughter and all her friends to not shop there either.

The first couple times i shopped here, the staff was very rude, but i gave them another chance and the last two times i have gone the ladies were nothing but kind. I wish this store was my closet, the clothes are very modern with a splash of beachy hipster. I love that this store helps out a lot with international non profit organizations, they have bracelets and water at the front counter that help causes in Africa.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Will never shop there again. Went in with an exchange that was more than 14 days old. I work in the mall and have been in there several times trying unsuccessfully to exchange the shoes I had bought. The store was still selling the shoes, they were in perfect condition, and I had a receipt. The sales person was so rude and proceeded to tell me I could not exchange because it was past the 14 days. Then finally after a lengthy discussion and her reviewing policy with me she did the exchange as rudely as possible. The policy sucks but far worse was the attitude that store has with really good customers like myself. I will never shop there again.

What a god awful store! I have never shopped in any store from the smallest to the largest where a simple request to exchange sizes was denied when those sizes were still available, a receipt was presented, the merchandise to be exchanged was unworn with all tags in place and was brought back to the original retailer or sister location in less than 24 hours as was the case with my requested exchange. No one in the Pasadena store told me my purchases were final sales and the Mgr. in the Riverside store where I tried to exchange my items had a too bad so sad attitude. Basically I was told with a sarcastic smile in her voice to kick rocks. My email to corporate was replied to with the same «we don’t exchange» rubbish AND I was told it was the customer’s responsibility to know the store’s policies! I think it’s a shared responsibility especially when a stores policies are unusually rigid and out of the norm for most retailers. Oh well they got me for the first and last time!!! CO has made it clear that retaining the immediate sale is more important than gaining repeat customers. Oh well guess Goodwill will be getting 2 new shirts. I will NEVER shop at any of their stores!
