DCH Subaru of Riverside

My boyfriend purchased a WRX last weekend and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we got on to the lot we were greeted by an enthusiastic salesman named Nelson. He proceeded to show us the WRX and was happy to take us on a test drive. My boyfriend decided he wanted to purchase the vehicle. Shortly after Matt introduce himself to us and he had offered a price for the car to my boyfriend via text previous to our arrival to the dealership. He stood by his word and offered us the vehicle at that price he promised. Matt from financing was awesome too, he didn’t bullshit us and made the car buying experience very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a Subaru.

I miss Singh Subaru, the place that has sold and serviced my last two vehicle purchases. Previously Ruben Perez ran a great service center. If myself or my wife had an appointment we were immediately checked in by Ruben or one off his associates. When the service was done on our car, or car was delivered serviced and washed.
Under DCH my wife had an appointment and stood around waiting to get checked in. During this time the service person (not Ruben) was busy with another customer with no backup (so much for that appointment.) However instead of additional support staff to assist service with check ins, there were A LOT more sales staff.
This tells me that DCH is putting sales first and ongoing customer service and support 56894^th. It’s a shame too, because we’ve bought or last two vehicles from Gordon Lei (who was great and I recommend if he is still there) and we were planning to continue our relationship with Singh Subaru.
Now as if on cue to solidify my opinion that DCH is just a corporate behemoth instead of the family owned Singh, I get an email from Rick Thiebaud offering me a free car wash with service… Singh always gave a car wash with service. Way to prove your service has stepped down, and deliver it straight to my inbox.
To Gordon and Amir the sales staff we worked with at Singh… Sorry, you lost a loyal customer to the changes DCH has brought.

After our family car got totaled in a hit and run, we came here to see what they could do for us. They were very patient with our children, drove us to the bank, and sat patiently while we had some complications with the insurance checks. Got my wife a good interest rate even though she had 0 credit to her name.

Had a great experience today with Allen. Really couldn’t have gotten a better deal in a smoother way. This is your best bet for a local Subaru. Thanks to Scott too. Everyone was authentic, really rare when buying a car.

I was reffered to Riverside Subaru by my husbands friend who is a car nut. I made an appointment with Ali a young yet mature sales professional. He was very polite and informative not just about Subaru but various cars. My husband and I left the dealership in a new Subaru with extra warranty. Ali is not your average salesman and this is not the average car lot. This experience helped regain our faith in dealerships. Two Thumbs up.

Being in the market for a new car, I went to quite a few dealerships looking at several makes and models of vehicles, but I was kind of predisposed towards the Subaru Impreza. I did some Internet comparison shopping before I actually went out to the dealerships but had some horrible experiences with a couple of other dealers, (most notoriously Lake Elsinore Ford) utilizing high-​pressure sales and bait and switch tactics so I was getting understandably quite upset and frustrated with the whole experience! My visit to DCH Subaru was like a breath of fresh air because my salesman, Matt Kraft, was free with information,
answered my questions and gave me a test drive within 10 minutes of entering the dealership for THE CAR THEY ADVERTISED in the color I wanted, but from there he gave me his card and left me alone to make my decision. I, of course, chose their car and dealership in large part because of the comfortable, trustworthy feeling I had with Matt and the finance manager. Once the decision was made to buy there, all the paperwork was done with a minimum of hassle and the car was handed over to me within a day or so. I was also given a free detailing to be used at a later date which I am going to be using soon as I just got back from a camping trip and my salesman told me that I should bring it back as dirty as I wanted! If anyone in Southern California is in the market for a new Subaru (or just in the market for a new car and not sure what type of car exactly they’re looking for) I would highly recommend this dealership.

Dealt with them for 2 days and drove 3 hours for nothing. They’re so rude and not helpful at all. Justin was cranky, Daniel was nice and so was Scott and Amin. They helped me out.

Dealt with the people for a week. Should have known better by he rude emails from Daniel throughout the week. Anyway, I’ve been around the car Business my whole life, bought and sold many cars and this place takes the cake as one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever walked in.
The car was advertised at 9998, when I get to the dealership, the price goes up $ 500 due to a mistake (strike 1), then when they Lower it back down to sticker price, they add on a $ 1000 alarm (strike 2), then this idiot Daniel asks me to sign a form and requests my social security number — he Clearly wants to run financing (strike 3– I’m a cash buyer)
In the age of technology and so much competition, this place is an old school shady sales lot trying to make an extra buck. Don’t fall for the bait and switch. Hundreds of other dealerships. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

Just got a great deal on a Forester. Easy and hassle free. What a great experience. Thanks Matt, Scott and Justin!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from DCH Subaru of Riverside. We had the pleasure of working with Matt Kraft, Gordon Lai and Amin Noori. Matt and Gordon gave us the necessary information to pick out the perfect car and Amin helped us finalize an awesome deal.

Brought our Subaru in for service. Customer service was amazing. Few days later problem came back. They took care of it same day no charge. Always kept us in the loop. Guys were awesome. Definitely purchase pour next car from this particular dealership. You will not be disappointed
