Contrary to everyone else’s responses I have had a good experience with Payton. I have a start up clinic whose e-​marketing was contingent upon Payton helping me out and he came through well. If you don’t believe me check out our site
and you’ll be impressed! Every problem that we have encountered I just give him a call or email and he fixes it almost immediately. He has also helped me with my Google campaign and we are actively working to improve my Google score. His advice and expertise have been intangible for me personally and I implore you to give him a chance.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I have been in business for over 20 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I requested the service of developing two web sites for two of my companies from Effective Internet Presence, and it was an absolute nightmare. The first site development timeline was set for about 6 weeks. We ended up going live 8 MONTHS LATER! Even after we did go live the site did not function properly whatsoever. Peyton Lowe would disappear for weeks on end without any kind of explanation. When he would finally return many emails he would just say, «sorry for the delay, I should have something for you soon.» I eventually contracted a new developer who has gotten more done in a week’s time than Peyton did over months of excuses. We decided not to have the second site completed by this company due to the horrible experience with the first site. Peyton refuses to refund the deposit we made (half the full cost) with absolutely no grounds to stand on. We are now proceeding with legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Whatever you do, DO NOT do business with this company. They don’t do quality work, they lag on schedules, they don’t return communication, and they swindle money from people. I had them work on three projects for me within the last 18 months in which all three we TERRIBLE experiences. Payton Lowe is a crook and will take you money and not provide the services agreed on. To think, I met this guy at church too! Insane!

I was referred to EIP by a friend and I am very pleased about the outcome. I recently started an event planning company and needed a logo, website and business cards to get the ball rolling. I contacted Payton Lowe and he helped me piece together all of the necessities to make this happen. He provided many options, ideas and advice for the website. Within a week, my website was complete including the logo, and mock up of my business cards. It was exactly what I was looking for and I am very pleased. I did not pay more than $ 500 combined for all three of these services and to me, that was a bargain. I would recommend Payton to others in need of a website and marketing materials.

Total Rip OFF ! When people warn you about doing business on the internet and through craigslist this company is who they are talking about. I sent a payment to Payton for a website and got ripped off. no website completed and no refund. He has many alias and different addresses. Beware!
If you are considering this company don’t do it!

Payton was unable to meet the need of our company and therefore we had to move forward with legal action. I highly recommend any person (s) in the need of web design look elsewhere. Working with Payton Lowe will only result in substantial time and money lost. We know this firsthand as significant content was lost and our site was hacked multiple times under his watch. He simply outsources his work to low level designers in India that can do serious damage to you website.

I would not trust my business to Payton. I hired him to produce a web bot for me and he failed to do so. He took on more than he could handle and when it failed to work he was left with the money and I was left with nothing. He is not someone I would ever work with again. When I finally asked for a refund after spending 2 and a half months trying to get the program to work, he didn’t even reply to my email. I would proceed with great caution.
