True old fashion locksmith shop. They had the keys I needed. They were helpful and rekeyed my current lock instead of forcing me to replace my existing hardware. Will definitely be back. Great customer service!

We spent approximately $ 1000 getting all of our locks done by Fullmer when we moved in to our house. A year and a half later, the front door lock was just spinning around. I called them and after 5 days the locksmith came to our house. He spent less than 2 minutes tightening a bolt that he should have sufficiently tightened when installing the lock. He then proceeded to spend twice as much time writing out an elaborate bill. I have never in my life had a lock just come loose – this was clearly an installation error that they should have taken care of without charge. I would never recommend this company. I will be finding a different locksmith for all of my future needs.

Woman behind the counter could not have been more rude. Stared at me when I walked in to get a key copied without saying hello or may I help you. Acted as if I was bothering her. She could not copy the key. Instead of saying sorry she couldn’t help me… told me don’t waste your time going to a hardware store, they can’t help you either! I’ve used the locksmith service before, and the gentleman who has come to my house was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this woman’s unpleasantness really affected me!

Great Service. We just moved into a new business location and we found that fullmer was knowlegeable and quick to provide our kitchen cabinets, staff offices and entry doors with the right locks suited for our needs. I really enjoyed working with Harry and he was very professional and prompt. I would definitely use them again if we needed to.

I was referred to this company and found them to be extremely overpriced. They charged $ 150 for a single cylinder schlage lock and $ 200 for labor. The guy who installed the lock took 30 minutes figuring out how to install the lock, they charge by the hour and the office person stated that she had no computer knowledge so when I emailed them, she needed to get another office person to assist her. So you be the judge if you can handle these fees!

We just moved in and needed to have our door locks changed. Called Fullmer Locksmith and set up a time. The locksmith came right on time and changed out all the locks. He had all the essential tools in his van so everything was easy. He did a good job.

Great family owned business. They were able to replace my door handle the same day I called. All in all it took about an hour from when I picked up the phone.
