The customer service is great! They were fast an efficient in giving me an inspection and quote. The roofer was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I appreciate that they take photos and can show you what needs to be done. Will definitely refer to anyone I hear is in need of a roofer!

I am a roofing contractor that they tried to suck into their scam. I have been in this trade for over 26 yrs and never have met any one as unexperienced in what there selling and money hungry as these yahoos please beware of this company, call a legitamate contractor and ask for a roof maintanace.

It is nice that you replied Martin, but you forget something important — if you cannot make it at a certain time then you don’t schedule to be there at that time. Yes, you’re busy. That doesn’t matter. If a certain time doesn’t work then you say «sorry we are busy and cannot make it at that time.» You don’t make the appointment with the intent to break the appointment.
That is not how one conducts business.
I would still like a real roof inspection, by someone who does more than drive by, and who when giving us a report does it in person instead of by phone, but your roofer Jim said that he won’t come back. Perhaps you have someone else who can actually give us the inspection you promised? Your commercials do promise us a free roof inspection, and beyond a phone call by some guy who drove past our house we have no evidence that your company did what they advertise.
And if he cannot make it at a given time, then don’t promise that he will be there and then break that promise. If you can’t make it say so, and we can choose a different time. That way you can show up when you say you are going to show up.

I had a GREAT experience with this company! I called to get someone to come do a roof inspection because we are selling our house. The guy who came out (Bill Myers) was completely professional and Told me everything he was doing & looking for. He found a small leak & FIXED IT! And charged me NOTHING! Then certified my roof as being in good condition and said he’d come back if I ever had any problems– I definitely will if I do in our new place–

I had quite the opposite experience of the other reviews on here, Heather was great on the phone she explained everything to me and followed up with an Email confirmation. The technician Robert showed up on time and was clean professional and he went the extra mile to explain everything to me. I found it refreshing to do business with people who do what they say, and don’t try to rip you off, I’m sorry to see negative reviews on this company, I Have no problem referring people to them, Keep up the great customer service, thank you

i would like to continue with what Sean mentioned. the Older gentleman and his partner tried the scare tactic as well telling me that I would have to get the WHOLE ROOF DONE. uh, yeah right. I had 3 other roofers come out and show me the problems and every time it did not involve replacing the whole roof. Furthermore, «IF» I didn’t hear the doorbell (not the case) why wouldn’t they just call the Contact number on file? I wouldn’t write twice If i wasn’t completely dissatisfied

I tried to schedule 3 appointments with GRTU and they did not show up for any of the appointments. Needless to say, I was upset that I asked for the time off of work to wait for their inspector to never show. Later I was told by the receptionist that «The President» would be calling me shortly that day… He didn’t call. Poor show GRTU!
