Both as a competitor, and a customer, of Hasco, I have nothing but respect, and appreciation, for the work these guys do.
As a customer we use their HERS rater (Chris) to test our systems to meet minimum state requirements for system efficiency. What I appreciate about Chris is his integrity, fairness, and willingness to work with us. Even his pricing is fair for what the job requires.
When it comes to competing against them, I find their pricing fair for the work they are proposing. Too many times I find contractors offering low bids to get the work, but take huge short cuts that only result in decreased comfort, and increased utility bills for the customer. These guys take an honest approach to system replacements, and advise their customers appropriately.
This review is based on my personal experience, customers’ experience, and other personnel in the industry.

This is a different perspective of doing a review of a Company, We are a HVAC Company. A customer called us up to see if we work on wall heaters in the Riverside area, I told the customer no, but I have a reliable Family owned Company that can be called. Needless not to go into details, HASCO went above and beyond that was asked, outside normal Business hours, etc. Company’s get slammed for so many petty things, everyone thinks Company’s are out to get money, but I can honestly say HASCO is honest as they get. Keep on doing what your doing, Everyone should follow your ethics. Bravo

Quick Response, Very Friendly Customer Service, Honest, Fast Response & Service Drove all the way to Santa Ana in the heat to fix my 90 year old Dad’s Air it was 104 here. We were very Happy! From the first contact through to the last rebate document they were by our side, on time to every appointment, and efficient and thorough about their work. Sal came out to look at our air units for a space of 6000 Sqft. He explained in great detail the layout and why they designed it that way. Looked over our system and even talked about ways to make it cooler with a lighting our store with LEDs. Very honest about cost and what his work entails. He was very clean with his tools and looked very professional. Need anything call HASCO for your AC needs. Sal and his team are my guys from now on!

These guys are the best. When are old air conditioner suddenly died several years ago, Sal and his crew, on a holiday weekend, with the temperature soaring way over a hundred degrees, replaced our air conditioning. Since then we have had their technicians over for service and maintenance, they are always clean polite and quick. The pricing is fair and their service and dedication top notch. I would recommend them highly

I recently moved from Riverside to Pasadena and I will miss working with Hasco! I bought a house in 2005 and they were there from the start, moving hell and high water to air condition a house no one thought could be done. They did it! Over the years, they installed a tankless water heater and took care of our systems. We became «contract customers» and they executed the twice-​yearly check ups with professionalism and courtesy, from the call to schedule to the visit itself. During a cold winter, we had a heating emergency and they were on the spot to take care of it. Truly Hasco is one of Riverside’s treasures!

I called Hasco on my way home from my vacation trip after a holiday weekend, not expecting a technician until the next day. They promptly sent someone out to my house and arrived around 5. He did his diagnostic tests and found the problem. Now since I don’t know much about a/​c units, I asked if he could call a family member who works in the same business, but too far to help. After their discussion, he gave me my quote which I agreed on and fixed my problem in about an hour. By the time he left my house was already nice and cool. Thank you Alex F. for helping me stay cool thru the summer. I’d recommend this company, you guys are great!

I called this company out to fix an air conditioner that was not cooling down. They came out, and gave us an estimate of $ 700.00 and told us the compressor was out and needed to be replaced. I could not afford to pay $ 700.00 so I sid thank you and paid him the $ 69.00 service call and he left. The next day I called out another heating and air conditioning company, based on a referral from a client. The other company came back with an estimate of $ 30.00!!! It was a cap that needed to be replaced and he fixed it that very day.
Hasco was going to charge me $ 700.00 and probably only replace that same cap and tell me he replaced the compressor. These guys are crooks! I’m so thankful that I did not just give the go ahead for the repair!
Steer clear of Hasco… they are dishonest!
